Обращалась я за помощью в оформлении посылки в Германию (22 февраля 2026) Хочу отметить компетентность, доброжелательность, внимательность и желание помогать клиентам , ответственность. В отделении чисто ,тепло ,хорошее освещение.

Отличное отделение! Все быстро и качественно, отправляла документы ценным письмом, Александра чутко порекомендовала отправить документы курьерской службой, все очень подробно и дружелюбно объяснила и приняла документы для отправки. Благодарю!

Пришла в пустое отделение связи, попыталась обратиться к оператору с просьбой о выдаче посылки. Была ею отправлена брать талон. Взяла, не вызывают. Набралась очередь. На табло вызываются талоны, приобретённые после меня. Спросила у оператора" как же так?". На что мне рявкнули: я что ли выбираю! После вызова моего талона всё прошло хорошо и быстро. Не понятно для чего в пустом(абсолютно) отделении была создана конфликтная ситуация. 20 мин ожидания на пустом месте!!16.07.2025, 17 часов. Талон М2
