Редко пользуюсь услугами Почты России, те из немногих отделений, которыми приходилось пользоваться в Москве, оставляли негативное впечатление. Отделение связи 105005 для меня оказалось приятным сюрпризом - просторный зал, хорошо оборудованный всем необходимым, вежливые отзывчивые сотрудницы (могу судить не только по себе, но и по обслуживанию на соседних стойках) - лучшее отделение города!

Каждый раз как приходится пользоваться услугами этой почты, провожу здесь 1-1,5 часа. Пробовала приходить и утром, и днем и вечером, результат одинаковый. Электронная очередь не работает, или работает как-то странно, людей всегда достаточно много, а окошко работает одно или максимум два. К самим сотрудникам претензий нет, все относительно вежливые, с обязанностями справляются. Но этому отделению очень нужно провести какой-то аудит работы с точки зрения системы работы.

Хорошие сотрудники и быстрое для почты обслуживание. Стояла в очереди вечером, когда на почту пришла крайне не вменяемая женщина - общалась с сотрудниками на повышенных тонах, придиралась к каждому слову, в конце начала кричать на все отделение. Сотрудница профессионально отреагировала на откровенное хамство со стороны клиента. Мое почтение такой работе и терпению 👏
