в статусе заказа было указано данное почтовое отделение, при поступлении первая часть пришла и сотрудники оставили у себя на месте ждать получателя, а вторую часть заказа они отправили в другое отделение , без согласования со мной. но и при этом не могла сотрудник пояснить где моя вторая часть заказа. мне пришлось дважды прийти и узнавать, в приложении отображается что обе части посылки на Лихачева 12к2.

на отправку заказного письма потратил час времени. при этом по факту развели на услугу описи, не рассказав что она стоит 600 рублей при оценочной стоимости письма в 1 рубль. Ничего не могли проконсультировать, направить, пояснить.

Хорошая почта,и работники почты очень отзывчивые.Все очень перспективно и коммуникабельно.Внутри почты очень чисто.Вот только чего нужно будет добавить так это больше стульев для посетителей почты.
