The room is good but the attitude to the customer is terrible, especially there’s a mean female receptionist with freckles ，I discovered that she had shortchanged me by 2000 com . When I pointed it out, she looked at me with disdain. dismissed my complaint by saying, "This amount is too small," implying that it was okay to have withheld it. WTF! The matter is the amount but attitude to customers!
