Worst Experience Ever – Dishonest and Rude! This place in Orbi City was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The owners, Kudjo and Nika, rarely answered our calls and completely ignored our needs. We booked a 3-room apartment, but they deceived us and gave us a small 2-room instead. After TWO DAYS of frustration, they finally moved us to a 3-room apartment – and it was disgusting. The shower was clogged, there weren’t enough bed sheets for all 5 of us, and the whole place felt neglected and poorly maintained. Every time we complained, they either ignored us or made empty promises and did NOTHING to fix the problems. To make matters worse, the lifts were always overcrowded, and we had to wait endlessly just to get to our room. This is one of the most dishonest, unprofessional, and infuriating stays I’ve ever had. Do NOT waste your money here – these people should not be in the hospitality business.
