This place is very beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant, there's a lot to see and to do. You'll enjoy the sunrise and the sunset, you'll love tasty Armenian cuisine, and enjoy laying on the under the sun after swimming in the open air pool or in the actual lake. There's some cools things such as airplane, tank and heavy duty military vehicle on cite to see. Kids can run around, play at a kids playground and parents can rest at many places inside the location. This place is gated and surrounded with security. Safety wise, there are no issues, in my opinion. My main and only problem with them is their service, it's slow and it feels like the staff is not very welcoming to their customers. Once those are fixed, this places truly deserves a 5 star.

We came out of season (the end of May) with a family with 2 children. I really liked the houses, they are comfortable and cozy, the balconies by the water are just a fairy tale. The territory is large, I really enjoyed just walking and breathing fresh air. We liked the food too, and enjoyed going to breakfasts and dinners. One of the minor disadvantages is that there is not much leisure time for children during the off-season, and it is not very convenient to walk along a stone road with a baby carriage.

A wonderful holiday complex in Sevan. The service is at a fairly good level. I would like to highlight the buffet separately, everything is very tasty, the choice is good. There are 2 restaurants on site. One is closed and expensive even by St. Petersburg standards, the choice of dishes is small and not interesting. The second one is outdoors, with food with an Armenian flavor. There are some small requests. I would like the sauna to be in the format of Turkish hotels, where any number of people could visit either for free or for a certain amount. It's easy to rent here for company, you can't go alone. In bad weather, and this often happens, there is nowhere to go, i.e. there is simply no entertainment for children, for adults. But. This is my personal wish.

This time the kitchen was modest, a couple of times they didn't know what to feed the children, instead of cutlets and meat there were cheap sausages and fish, but they don't eat it... There was a feeling that they decided to save money on food... After the hotel's Uppercut, the difference immediately catches your eye.. The renovation in the cottage is modest, there is no hood in the toilet, so water was accumulating there all the time and there was dampness.. The price is very high and does not correspond to this level. But a very cool sauna! We offered two options, a small 16 t. drams per hour, but when we went in there, I immediately wanted to go out.. The big sauna is a bomb!! Great, she's worth coming here for. But it is very expensive, 26 t. drams per hour. In general, if there was a normal price and level, of course we would come again. At the moment, it's more likely no than yes.

Large, well-maintained territory, beauty and tranquility. Delicious breakfasts, buffet. Good service, pleasant staff. There are two restaurants with Armenian and European cuisine on site. We tried both, everything is delicious. The houses are wonderful, a little worn out, but we're thrilled anyway. Cons: there is almost nothing to do on the territory. There is a sauna, but it is paid. It's cold to swim in Sevan, but there is a heated pool, although it's also cold. You can make kebabs. That's all about entertainment. Conclusion: come in the summer, when it is unbearably hot in Yerevan, it will be wonderful here. And in August, you may even be able to swim in Sevan.

A great resort on the shore of Sevan. We were there for one day, the entrance to the territory costs a token amount of money. Beaches and pools, sun beds, and changing rooms are available to guests. Gazebos, unfortunately, are only for guests who rent a house for a day or more. There are two restaurants on site, one European and one Armenian. We had lunch at the Armenian restaurant: all the traditional food is very tasty, the prices do not differ from other places, the service is fast and friendly. I recommend it for a beach holiday on the shore of Sevan.

Beautiful large territory, nice to walk around, houses overlooking the lake, there is a heated swimming pool. Delicious buffet food! We were in the red house in early May, and it was cool in the evening and at night, even cold in the house. There are no batteries, there is one heater, but it does not really cope with the entire territory. It got very cold at night, so I had to turn on the heater and sleep with it.

A wonderful place, recently vacationed with the children. It is beautiful and clean, both on the territory and in the rooms of the hotel. The staff is polite and welcoming. The food is very tasty and varied. You won't have time to get hungry between breakfast and dinner. Salads, snacks, dishes, pastries, fruits, not to mention everything, local whitefish is also served, very tasty! The beaches are clean, the water is clear but cool because the lake is mountainous.

It's cool and cozy. The beauty of Sevan is fascinating. There are many cabins on the territory, but there is also a hotel - I recommend it! Modern renovation, warmth (this is important for the nights of Sevan). Delicious and homemade food in the restaurant, great pool.

Pros - a very beautiful place, a fairly large territory. What I didn't like was that we went to the territory of the Armenian cuisine restaurant, they didn't seat us, although there was an empty table. There were six chairs there, and when we were asked to just put two more chairs, we were flatly told "no." It feels like the guests are not welcome here. We went to another restaurant, sunrise, I personally didn't like the menu, the music, the burger patty is tiny. People ride water scooters on the lake in the same place where people swim. Firstly, it's dangerous, secondly, it smells like gasoline, and thirdly, it's very noisy. There was a queue for the women's bathroom. Everyone has long known that there should be more women's cabins - women take their children to the toilet more often, women menstruate, they are pregnant. But no, there are the same number of booths, and you have to wait, just because you were born a woman.

The food is good. There were always fresh vegetables and fruits. The water in the lake is very fresh. If you don't like insects, you should rather avoid this place. Bouncy castle staff was naughty and inappropriate. They have funny rules there, my son felt like he was in prison. With children I would stay here for a maximum of 2 days.

We had a rest in early October 2024. In general, the house is not bad, I liked the breakfasts and dinners. But I think the price is too high, because the season is closed. It seems that the weather is not bad, but the seats on the shore have all been removed, playgrounds have been rolled up, one restaurant is closed, the pool is not working. There is nothing to do except your house and walking around the territory. There is a huge cobblestone pavement everywhere on the territory, which is not very convenient to walk with children, strollers, suitcases....

Unfortunately, the hotel does not know how to help customers and work with negativity. We literally faced an invasion of mosquitoes in the cabin when we returned to it after dinner. The call to the reception didn't help: they decided that a Raptor would help us, which, however, the receptionist didn't have anyway. After my swearing (and my nerves were on edge, because it was 21+ on the clock, my daughter was hysterical from the number of insects, and we had a complete misunderstanding of what to do), the administrator suggested moving to a neighboring house where there were as many mosquitoes After an hour and a half of our direct participation, a house was found where there were no insects (but literally we had to drive around the hotel with an employee in a golf cart and enter the proposed houses ourselves to check), where we eventually moved. There were no apologies or offers to make up for the wasted evening. As a result, instead of relaxing with friends, we got an evening evacuation, got angry and tired. All the administrators said was that you wanted a house with a door to the lake, the mosquito season, and a fumigator would not help you. Well, thank you. I do not recommend it if you are not a fan of sleeping in the company of hundreds of insects.

A fireplace was lit in the bungalow. We tried to keep warm and almost got burned. There are no heaters. It's just cold in June. The shower is broken. The window is broken on the second floor. It won't close. There's a quiet sound on the TV - you can't hear the movie. They promised to fix it and in the end no one came. I recommend that the owners of the establishment think about who runs it.

A gorgeous place! A large enclosed area, very well maintained and beautiful. We lived in a house overlooking the lake, there was a large open balcony and huge panoramic windows on the ground floor, sitting on a sofa in front of which we enjoyed the view of Sevan. The house has everything you need, a huge plus for us was underfloor heating, so after walking in the cold, it was nice to walk barefoot on warm floors. The beds are comfortable, good bedding, we had a great night's sleep. The staff is very friendly, everything was fine from check-in to breakfast. Breakfast was included, it was served as a mini buffet only for our company, everything was fresh and delicious, there was a lot of food, we didn't eat half of it

There is no elevator in the building, so if it is difficult for you to climb the stairs, you should notify the hotel in advance. Very quiet room with a comfortable bed, friendly staff. The toilet was dirty! The safe in the room was not locked and was not attached to anything. The electronic lock in the room did not work, I had to struggle with the backup key every time. There are 2 coffee machines at breakfast, but they are very slow. And one of them went out of order several times during breakfast. The cups don't match the size of the coffee portion.
