I liked the room and the beach, the overall place is nice. Some staff showed great service: housekeeping Shady from Novotel Beach, Sherif from restaurant working by pizza station and elderly man security by the entrance to the beach were always warm welcoming and respectful to every guest. I enjoyed the food, but the drinks were not really good quality. Hotel is boring, the daily animation was only 1 one day out of 10 for national holiday, but every day they tried to bring people to disco for extra pay, I bought the tour from animator Youssef, I didn't have small bills and he didn't give me my change back giving unclear reasons and just were rude.

Отдыхаем с мужем уже 7 раз, но уже 2 раз на территории Novotel Palm и очень рады, ходим ногами до моря , солнце не пугает. Погода шикарная ( октябрь). После реновации увидели наконец-то новый шикарно с душой сделанный ресепшен. Обновленные бассейны уже видели, но по сравнению с апрелем заметно, что отдыхающие оценили размах и количество бассейнов. В этот раз мы полюбили бассейн рядом с баром и рестораном, особенно спасателя Anas и его помощника Ali, которые окружают заботой и вниманием всех окружающих, помогают всем. каждый день, когда мы идем на море, нам предлагают трансфер ( бесплатный ) до Novotel Beach, очень приятно. Бар на территории Novotel Beach покорил нас еще в первый раз в 2024г, а сейчас мы с мужем, как лучшие друзья всех: все улыбаются, зовут нас попробовать новые коктейли. Просто удивительно, как за эти годы состав барменов почти не изменился, но ребята повзрослели, научились всяким тонкостям, не разбежались, а остались верны отелю, выучи много языков, так что спокойно общаются с туристами из разных стран. Это значит, что директор всех ресторанов и баров мистер Софиан ценит своих учеников, а они отвечают ему и нам своей работой. DR Igor DR Irina room 5201

Very good animation team sofia is very good and helpful , The animation team was absolutely amazing! They were very friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. The activities were fun and entertaining, and they created such a positive atmosphere throughout the day. A special thanks to the whole animation team for making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
