It was our first time in Bishkek and we decided to try mainly the national cuisine. That's why we chose an institution with one of the highest ratings in the city. The color and atmosphere are on the same level, everything inside is very beautiful and designed in the national style. The staff is very polite, no complaints. There are questions about the food, or something just didn't work out. The shakarop salad is difficult to spoil and it was really delicious, tomatoes with onion are a thing. The soup with the letter M, I forgot the name, is delicious and satisfying. Boorsocks are generally a great thing, instead of bread or flatbread. But Lagman disappointed. It turned out to be bland and it was the taste of spices for which it is famous that was really lacking. Beshbarmak with horse meat didn't come in either, I wanted to try horse meat, and in the end I was disappointed. There were two types of mantas, one of which was violently salty. There were also salads with tongue and cheese in the form of a basket. We liked them. And cool tea, finally. As a result, a solid four. A few dishes didn't go in, but overall it's pretty good)

The first visit on October 21st left very pleasant memories. Friendly and courteous service. Very tasty food. We even brought desserts with us. The gift was given as a gift to the guests of the city. Of course, we returned to this place. On October 25, evening, at about 20:00. The dishes were served cold. The staff looked exhausted, although they tried to be attentive. An attempt to smooth over the fiasco by offering sweets and tea with a compliment failed. Everything happens, but I wish you stability.
