A very cool location to visit. The tour covers the territory of the factory. You can watch the production from the window. The guide vividly and interestingly tells about the history of brewing and the creation of production in Lida. You can taste malt of different roasts, view an interactive beer production scheme, learn about different types of glasses for a frothy drink, and also play sommelier with different types of drinks. After the tour, we were able to go to a real small cinema and plunge into the history of the factory from the father of its creator. The tour ended with a tasting of four beers, each of which was described in detail. For children and non-drinking adults, there was a choice of second-hand beer, kvass and other second-hand drinks. I liked everything: the cleanliness of the territory, the atmospheric design of all the museum locations, and the erudite guide who knew the answers to all questions. I definitely recommend this attraction to visit. Interesting and delicious for both adults and children🤗

He was always heard) Tasting allows people who do not drink alcohol to choose a non-alcoholic alternative. Beer is served with snacks (chips and crackers, as well as chocolate) . After tasting, anyone can also taste their soft drinks. Even in the tasting room, you can take memorable photos that are sent to the mail from the address of Lida beer, this is a very cool feature. I was also very pleased with the abundance of 2 toilets on the floor where the tasting takes place, and 1 more on the very first floor. I advise everyone who wants to have a cool and not boring time.

A modern pleasant museum. It is located at the brewery, to which, in fact, it belongs. Everything is done quite modern, concise and stylish. They talk about beer production, about the technological processes themselves, and of course, about the history of the plant. Some funny moments from the life of brewers and the production process itself are also touched upon. They won't let you directly into the bottling plants themselves, of course, but there's not much to see for those who have been to food filling/packaging plants (beer, soda, milk, etc.) at least once - the same convoys, the same container shapers, the same apparatchiks who monitor this. The tour takes you through the museum itself, partly through the factory, and at the end, in an improvised bar, you will enjoy a tasting of 4 beers. I suspect that the varieties change periodically, because at the end of May we tasted the jubilee amber brewed for the 150th anniversary of the plant, so even if you have already tried the plant's products, they will find something to treat you to. Kvass, lemonades, and non-alcoholic beers are provided for non-drinking tourists for some reason. You will not be left without treats. In general, if you are a beer connoisseur or just getting to know this wonderful world of foam, then I definitely recommend it. It is also suitable for those who want something different from castles-parks-architecture-Belaz. A visit can be combined with a walk around the city of Lida, which is also quite an interesting town. In local grocery stores, you can find almost the full range of the plant's products, since there is no company store at the brewery, but at the museum reception there is a counter with souvenirs - glasses of any shape, T-shirts, bags, sweatshirts - thousands of them. P.S. A short blonde-haired bartender is incredibly talkative and charming.

It was not for nothing that we visited the Lida Brovar Museum, learned new information for ourselves, and as it turned out, we were pouring beer incorrectly. The museum is located in the historic brewery building (on the territory of the Lida brewery), which was built in the 19th century and preserved the features of the industrial architecture of that time. The exhibition occupies several floors, and each has its own theme.: Ground floor — the general history of beer: from ancient times to modern production technologies. The second floor is dedicated to ingredients, flavors, and different styles of beer. There is a lot of interactivity here: for example, you can smell hops, try to determine the flavor, and there is also a "Periodic table of beer styles." The third floor is entirely dedicated to the history of the company itself: from its foundation to the present day, with achievements and awards. A video clip is shown in a small cinema, where the main character is Nosel Pupko. 📌The fourth floor is a tasting room. Guests are offered to try four varieties of local beer (or non-alcoholic options, such as kvass, if you are driving or do not drink alcohol). At the tasting, they also teach you how to choose the right glass and evaluate the "beer cap". Among the exhibits are antique brewing equipment, beer bottles from the late 19th and early 20th centuries (including those from the Pupko factory), beer glasses, and a collection of labels dating back more than a hundred years. There is a bar-restaurant at the factory, where, by the way, they cook very tasty! A bit of history: It all started in 1876, when Nosel Zelikovich Pupko, a philistine from Lida, founded a private brewery. The factory remained in the hands of the Pupko family for three generations. Even then, traditions of quality were being established: production was based on proven recipes and good raw materials. In Soviet times, the company was nationalized and actively developed: * In 1940, Zhiguli beer was brewed here for the first time. * In 1966, the brand name "Lidskoe" appeared. * In 1971, this beer was awarded a "Quality Mark", and in 1976, the plant was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, a serious recognition for the Soviet industry. Now the plant produces not only beer, but also a whole range of drinks.: - different types of beer (including classic and craft beer lines); - kvass (the company is considered the leader in its production in Belarus); - soft drinks, lemonades, cider, energy drinks. I've been planning to visit this place for a long time. First of all, I really like Lida beer. Secondly, I was going to go to Grodno for a few days, including pre-booked an excursion to the factory. Their website helped a lot, where it is written in detail how to do this, and on what days the museum is closed. If you like beer, don't waste a couple of hours of your time. Yes, you probably won't remember all the details of production, dates, names and titles. But it doesn't matter. Enjoy the moment. The museum is very "stylish". There are many interesting exhibits. I really liked the guide, I love people with a sense of humor. And a nice bonus at the end is a tasting! It's a good place, I recommend it to everyone!!!

Basically, this is an excursion to the museum on the territory of the factory. Everything is fast and exciting, initially we were divided into two groups of 25 people each. We were the first to arrive at the tasting and were still waiting for the second group. We are already sitting, waiting, and the second group will sit down while they order a non-alcoholic drink... I didn't like this moment. I had to sit and wait. The tour took almost 2 hours. After the tasting, I had to go because there wasn't much time. The tour guide said she would take those who needed to leave in 5 minutes. As a result, we waited for her for 20 minutes, and another guide, when asked to take us, said, "It doesn't matter who promised you what." Keep in mind that delays are possible.

Already, not really hoping for a result, we looked in shortly before the bus, they told us that there were tickets anyway (but there were none on the website). We went to change our bus tickets and took them at a later date. When we returned, we were told that there were no tickets at the ticket office (again). Frustrated, we stopped by a local convenience store. After a while, we saw that people were being sold tickets for this time again. We ran there for the 3rd time. And we ran out of tickets again (for the third time). It turns out that all the time before the tour you have to stand there and wait to see if the ticket will fall over, even if you are told that there are no tickets anymore, this is not final until the group leaves. Tickets can be available at any time. Or book on the website very much in advance. That's the dynamic decision-making about the number of available seats here...
