An old hotel, maybe 7 years ago it was 5 stars, now it's 3 stars. The carpet is old, and the trash from the next room was on the bedside table near our room for more than a day. When asked to visit the spa, the staff told us that we needed to go in and turn on the sauna ourselves. The rooms smell damp, the carpet is worn, and the sheets are in holes.

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. The service is terrible. The staff is unqualified. The breakfasts are meager, the finished dishes are replenished very slowly, and there is no choice. The range is definitely not 5 stars. The hotel itself is beautiful, but this is only at first glance. The rooms have broken plumbing and leaky communications. Room cleaning is poor: they only make the bed. The equipment and air conditioning are not working in the gym. I can't breathe. The territory is large, but there is nothing on it except the pool. The pool is normal. If you come to Yerevan, then choose a hotel in the city. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am very disappointed, the operator who gave us the wrong information ruined the rest!! Called on 4.09 and asked if the outdoor pool would work, if there was a hookah, said that we would check in on 10.09 for a couple of days, my husband's birthday was, they said that the pool would work, there is a hookah spa, everything works as it should! The most important thing for us was the outdoor pool and hookah! Upon arrival, the pool was closed, there was no hookah, there was nowhere to sunbathe.... And what to do there? It's just us in the restaurant, but they still cook for 50 minutes, we don't want to go down to the spa, there are no staff, massage therapists will arrive to order, we agreed at 17:00 to go down for a massage at the same time, one came on time, the other was 20 minutes late, what kind of service is this? I don't recommend it to anyone if you don't want your vacation to be ruined!!!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service and technical component are terrible! So, in order: we bought accommodation for 11 nights in a Deluxe room (the same was indicated on the check-in voucher), but upon arrival at the hotel, the reception staff gave us the key to the standard room, saying that this travel agency confused and deceived you (how could they deceive us if I already have a voucher on my hands where it says Deluxe), after a small conflict, suddenly the receptionist changes his shoes in the air and gives us the key to our room, without commenting on it in any way. As I understand it, it's okay here to try to deceive a visiting person in order to sell an expensive room twice, and if it doesn't work out, then mow down the fool. This makes our first impression of the hotel clear. Now about the room itself: it's big, the view from the window is gorgeous, everything is beautiful (but it's like I said at the beginning, at first glance everything is fine in the hotel). But what's the matter: the shower and the bathtub both flow from below, their watering cans practically fall off and hold on to the good word, the bidet does not work, the balcony is dirty (it has never been washed and 11 days of our arrival). But the cleaning in general leaves much to be desired: the room is not even vacuumed, all that was done in our opinion: towels were changed and the bed was made (even coffee and tea in the room were not always replenished). Breakfasts are a separate topic: the choice is small and does not correspond to 5 stars at all, the cycle of breakfasts is 2-3 days. By the way, if you came to breakfast at 8 a.m., and there was a crowd of residents in front of you who were fed before breakfast, then you will have nothing to eat, because the staff is barely moving and does not have time to replenish the food you have eaten, so set about an hour of time when they replenish everything so that you can have a normal breakfast. Honestly, I didn't want to write this review if it wasn't for the situation on the day of departure. We had to leave the hotel at 7:30 a.m. to catch the plane. Breakfast starts at 8, so the day before departure, we went to the reception and asked if they would have time to feed us or assemble lunch boxes. The reception staff called the kitchen and replied that we could come and have breakfast at that time. The next day comes, we come for breakfast, and it's not ready at all, and the new person at the reception says that no one warned them and that we won't have breakfast or lunch boxes. In general, the result: the first time we were in Armenia, we liked everything except this hotel! Settling in it is the main mistake of the whole vacation. Don't waste your time on it, it's better to choose a hotel right in the city, and you won't have to call a taxi every time to get to Yerevan.

I've been going to this pool for years, I love it for its small territory, delicious food, clean water, service and generally staying here is super, I highly recommend it. But one thing upsets me -Sooo loud music without end, I made a remark several times to turn down the sound a little, they don't hear, they don't meet me, I have a feeling that I'm not by the pool, but in some disco club on a sunbed, they don't even take breaks, it's impossible to relax at all. After settling in, after examining the rooms, it turned out that the rooms were not very clean. There were sequins on the floor, probably from a dress, hair, etc. Apparently not cleaned. Although the plumbing was clean. At about 10 p.m., it turned out that there was no water. That is, there was no opportunity to wash before the wedding. We tried to solve the problem until one o'clock in the morning, but we still haven't solved it. The water appeared in the morning. That is, the bride only slept for a couple of hours and had a lot of nerves. So, maybe it was an accident with the water, but it's unlikely with the cleaning.

It is constantly cloudy and raining in this place, even if it is hot in Yerevan, it is cold to swim. + half of the sun loungers are given to the hotel guests (of whom there are very few), and only the second half to the pool visitors (of whom there are a lot). Because of this, it is uncomfortable, there is nowhere to sit, and those deck chairs that are wet, with puddles.
