🍽 Food The assortment is decent: you could always choose several types of meat, side dishes, pasta, seafood. During the rest, we tried turkey, and once we served lamb. Vegetables and herbs are a standard but fresh set. I understand those who point out the shortcomings in the kitchen, but everything was delicious for us. A separate plus is the flexibility of the staff: one night we stopped by the restaurant, and we were happy to prepare fresh cutlets with mashed potatoes. It's a small thing, but it's very nice. 👨‍💼 Service and staff The service is top-notch. It feels like the staff are sincere and really want the guests to feel comfortable. Separately, I would like to mention the bartender Honey (the bar on the balcony at the reception) — a master of original cocktails, puts his soul into the work. I highly recommend visiting there in the evening! The beach staff is also doing a great job: they will help with deck chairs, bring drinks, and sometimes decorative bouquets for the atmosphere. In general, the whole team knows their job and creates a truly warm atmosphere. 🌿 Territory Very beautiful and well maintained. It's nice to just walk around, look at the landscape and enjoy the manicured paths and green areas. Please note that the hotel is located in a cascade, so movement requires little physical activity (ascents / descents), but this only adds charm and does not interfere with relaxation. 🌊 Beach, sea and excursions The sea is clear, the approach is convenient. Snorkeling was a lot of fun: we saw stingrays, moray eels, various fish, and for the first time we met beautiful (and safe, if not touching) jellyfish. We took a yacht tour from a local guide — the underwater world is richer there, of course, but the sea at the hotel's beach is quite decent for relaxing swimming and watching fish. , Rooms and cleaning service The room was fully in line with expectations. We booked an option on the second floor with a view of the garden — it suited us. Upon check-in, they offered an upgrade for $ 10/person per night to a room closer to the main infrastructure, but we decided to stay put. The cleaning is excellent: it is always clean, well-ventilated, smells good, the bed and towels are changed regularly, and the rooms are decorated with attention to detail. Nuance: The bed is slightly shorter than the standard (the length is less than the width). My husband (184 cm) was a little short, and so was I (170 cm), but if I lay down a little diagonally, there is no discomfort. It's a small thing, but keep in mind. 📝 Summary We are convinced: what you broadcast to the world comes back. We came with an open heart, and in return we received sincere care at every step. The rest turned out to be comfortable, relaxed and truly emotional. Thanks to the hotel and the whole team for the wonderful reception! We will definitely come back.

We had a rest from 04/25/26 to 05/02/26 — it was an amazing vacation! Many thanks to all the employees of the hotel, from the janitor to the owner of the hotel. All the staff are attentive, polite, always smiling and almost everyone understands Russian. The hotel welcomes its new guests with cold wet towels and mango+strawberry smoothies. There are cars running around the hotel, but we walked everywhere because the hotel is surrounded by greenery and flowers. The hotel's lobby is decorated with Egyptian-style paintings, there is a fountain, and all the furniture is clean and fresh. The pool is very shallow, from 90cm to 140cm. There is an area with sun loungers by the pool on the grass. Animation: various shows take place in the pool during the day: a foam party, a flying man over the water (I don't know what the right name is), etc. There is live music at dinner on the street, they sing and play very beautifully, not loudly. The shows after 21:00 are a bit strange, we hardly went to them. The beach is multi-level, fine sand, entrance to the sea from the pier. There is an entrance to the sea from the ground, but it is very small, about 6-8 meters wide. The reef is lively and stunning, it's impossible to get enough of it. The food is varied, there are a lot of different fish, chicken and beef daily, tuna and duck are often served for dinner. Shrimps and grilled squid were served for dinner twice a week. Mutton is served rarely, once a week. There are a lot of greens, vegetables, fruits and desserts. The hotel bar is open 24/7, the alcohol is local, the strength of whiskey and rum is no more than 20%. Beer strength is 3%. The rooms and towels are tired, the rooms are cleaned daily, but not perfectly (this did not bother us). On our birthday, the hotel decorated our room (balloons, beautiful pillows, rose petals) and presented us with a cake. The hotel has one problem-very tenacious, unkillable mosquitoes. They don't care about the Russian fumitox or the Egyptian one either, they're just terribly angry mosquitoes. Otherwise, this is an ideal hotel. I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be back.
