We had a rest at the Maksat boarding house from 06/29/2026-07/10/2026, we were absolutely delighted. It is clean and cozy both in the rooms and on the premises. Room cleaning every three days, hot and cold water constantly. The room had a balcony. A clean pool. Not far from the beach, there are many cafes nearby. The hosts are very friendly. There will be an opportunity, we will definitely come again, we will advise our friends.

We had a rest here from September 1-7 and were absolutely delighted with the boarding house. Everything is clean and tidy. A gorgeous area with apple trees, flowers, swimming pools and a Playground. There is always hot water, and the Internet is working. The staff is helpful.Nurik (the owner, the administrator, the employee and the driver) especially won over with his kindness. He met us at the airport and drove us back himself. For any question, he will explain where it is better and cheaper. We are very grateful to him for his attention and understanding. We will definitely come here again next year and advise our friends.

The best boarding house on this territory, the bed is changed every three days without warning, meals, breakfast is paid, very satisfying and delicious, a 10-minute walk to the lake, most importantly there is a swimming pool, few mini-boarding houses have a pool, and the Wi-Fi is good.
