To receive the transfer, I requested an official letter from the bank with the details. After receiving the banking details, I sent them to the Israeli National Insurance to receive an insurance payment. The money didn't arrive for a very long time. As it turned out, the bank's ibt made a mistake in the details (they specified an incorrect checking account). They conducted an investigation and found the money in their bank, but they refuse to transfer it to my account until I prove that the money belongs to me. It is very difficult for me to get supporting documents because the insurance company is located in another country and I communicate with them through a lawyer. My money has been in ibt bank for 10 months now and the bank is quietly using it. It's just awful!

A month after the card was opened, money began to disappear from the card. a bunch of obscure online transactions. the card was blocked - the bank said it would take from 30 to 120 days to sort it out... but I paid for the card service, so give me a virtual card. but they don't have that option. It's a long wait for the operator. cavemen - it seems that all modern banking products passed by this bank or were stolen on the way to them... I absolutely do not recommend it!
