Everything is nearby and well-established, the travel agency meets the tourist from the flight and accompanies him to the vehicle with check-in of departure and baggage dispatch. The service in the waiting rooms has a number of complaints. The staff gave conflicting information about the boarding gate location, which also differed from that indicated on the boarding pass, which created confusion in the waiting room. There were no price tags for water, and prices could differ significantly in different outlets. The wish of Aeroflot is to organize announcements in Russian for its flights, as Chinese colleagues have done. Otherwise, the work of the airport is well established and the attitude of the staff is friendly.

The airport is small, but convenient and everything happens fast enough. Good duty free, a large selection of perfumes and cosmetics + a lot of souvenirs. If you didn't buy it at the hotel, there are souvenirs for every taste and color
