We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is great, close to Arbat Street and metro stations, which made it very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the service at the front desk. Daria, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind, always ready with answers and recommendations. She made our stay smooth from even before check-in and until check-out, and her warm, professional attitude truly made the experience even better. Thank you, Daria!

The hotel is of a good standard and in a good location near Arbat Street and all services are nearby, but the reception and staff are a drawback; they do not speak English and are unfriendly. You should work on improving this.

Amazing hotel. Had to check out last week but i came back because it’s one of the best hotels in Moscow. The staff are amazing, including Nikita in the reception was very helpful and professional.
