We stayed at this hotel for 10 days from July 19 to July 29, 2 adults and a child of 11 years old. The hotel is very nice, huge, excellent food, lots of activities for children and adults, very good staff, responds quickly to any requests / requests. When we checked in, we were given a standard room in building B, but we didn't like the room-it was very small, the sun was all day, and the advantages were that everything was close and there was a view of the sea. The next day, after contacting the reception, our room was changed without any extra charge to a 2-room room in building G. We looked at several rooms in different buildings-this one turned out to be the best. The building is great for us: sparsely populated, quiet, there are always free sun beds and a private pool, there are no queues at the bar, it's a 3-minute walk to the main building. The beach at the hotel is small, there are sun beds very close to each other, the sea is clean and warm, there are no waves, as this is a bay. A good water park, both adults and a child rode. There are many food outlets, there is always a place to eat, there are many pools - for every taste. In general, it's a great idea that guests of any of the 3 hotels located on the territory can use the entire infrastructure. You don't have to leave the hotel, there's always somewhere to go and do something. I would like to mention the delicious pizza in the Premium snack bar and the huge selection of delicious desserts in the pastry shops, of which there are many outside the hotel. There are only positive impressions about the hotel-it is the best for a holiday with children.

I liked the hotel. The numbers match the photos. There are minor defects in the repair, but this is not critical. The cleaning is normal. The territory is large, well maintained, lots of trees, greenery. Many people write that it's a long walk to the sea/ restaurant. In fact, everything is within a comfortable walking distance, a maximum of 4-5 minutes. There is a shuttle. The only really distant building is G. The water park is good. Rescuers are monitoring the descents, there are no large queues. The sea is great. The entrance is shallow, with sand. There were no waves, it was clean. There are always free sun beds. The food corresponds to the stated 4 stars. It's delicious, there's a lot of choice, but it's not very diverse. There is no seafood. Always the grill. In addition to the main and beach restaurants, there are intermediate food outlets, bars, a fresh fruit bar with the opportunity to make fresh orange juice yourself, ice cream, coffee (delicious hot and cold), daily corn at 12.30 near the entrances to the beach. Animation during the day is normal, sports activities, a children's club and a teen club take place. The evening shows are monotonous. The staff is friendly, most of them speak Russian. I definitely recommend a hotel for families with children.

We stayed at this hotel from 05/31/25 to 06.06.2025. I'll give you 5, as the hotel fully justifies its 4 stars. I contacted the hotel in advance before arrival, asked for building D, we arrived at 11:00, they put on bracelets and told us check-in would be at 14:00. We were the last to be settled, but it was in the corus that we requested. Thank them very much for this. 5 swimming pools, a wonderful water park, the children were delighted. You can eat around the clock, ice cream, fruits, fast food, gozleme tortillas, squeeze out the juice yourself, sometimes you didn't even want to go to lunch or dinner. By the way, if you are too lazy to go to the main building, then you can eat at the beach restaurant, there is a little less choice, but there are fewer people. In general, the hotel is really crowded, but the territory is large, and there is no fuss. The restaurants are quiet, there has never been a time when there were not enough dishes, everything is washed quickly, I clean up. The food is excellent, not overly salted, not over-peppered, as some say, on the contrary, sometimes it was even under-salted, and that's good. The hotel's infrastructure is well thought out, the territory is well maintained, large. The beach is really small, but I don't consider it a disadvantage, but they write about it in every review, and if a person goes to the beach to lie down, it's just not his option. We were traveling because of the water park, as we were completely satisfied with the children. The disadvantage for us was only 1, weak WiFi, yes, it is available throughout the territory, but it is weak for so many people, it is quite enough to send messages to messengers. But I bought a Euro card and the tariff I needed in advance and worked with it. In general, I liked the hotel, the children liked it even more than I did. I think I would have gone back there again.
