4 stars because I visited the place while it was being renovated, the architecture still looks good, the security personnel are very professional and of course it's very convenient and accessible, because the metro isn't far off, and their is a tram that heads to metro Novoslabodskaya just across the street.

Пандусов нет, чемоданы приходится таскать по лестницам. Неудобно ловить такси, после реконструкции стало только хуже!

It was the first and longest route I took in my life but the services were excellent, clean, soft and clean beds and the bedsheets were all clean. I didn't know the language but the ladies were like a mother to me for the care they provided. The ticket office people were also good. Though sometimes the prices are high!!! 😂 😂
