I've been practicing for about 2 weeks in the women's gym. Of the advantages, there are simulators for both cardio and strength training, there are not many people, there are no queues. One of the disadvantages: there are no separate zones for "sitting down to rest" the coach sits at the simulator and does not think that there are people who want to work out on it, she can also afford to sit and have lunch in the gym. Please assign your employee a place for lunch. In the morning on weekdays, the shower and locker room are more or less clean, but after 2 p.m. it's something with something. So there are no locks in the lockers. On Sunday, as it turns out, the gym is open from 3 p.m., no one warned about it when buying a subscription. Also on weekdays, the gym is open from 06:00 to 02:00.

The best fitness room in Urgench in my opinion! A huge amount of sports equipment, exercise equipment, large space, cleanliness, pleasant smell, a large locker room, two bathrooms, 5 (like) shower cabins, beautiful decoration, not too hot, there is a mini-shop, there is a UFC arena, mirrors everywhere to watch you practice, polite staff. The only downside is that the same songs are played everywhere in fitness halls, this gym is no exception, but fortunately I have headphones.
