This situation happened to me: a man invited me to play on the console and did not pay the bill. I often visit this place myself and have always paid for myself. But today they demanded money from ME. I refused because their administrator had personally negotiated with that person about the payment. I got kicked out for that. The establishment is generally not bad, but the customer orientation is zero. I brought 1-1.5K drams to them almost every day, but apparently it is much more important for them to get 2K from that person than to keep a stable paying customer. Plus, some screens are rippling, and some of the joysticks require either replacement or repair.
