Excellent budget 4⭐️ hotel (I recommend it).
Beautiful well-groomed territory, pomegranates grow.There are 2 swimming pools, children's slides on the territory.
It is a 5-minute walk to the sea.The sea is clean and beautiful.For me and my child, going to sea was normal, but many went in special shoes.There were enough deck chairs for everyone.Next to the beach bar (which serves only tea/coffee,water,beer)there is a toilet and a shower.There is a bridge nearby that leads to the Viking Hotel.There you can see and feed the turtles.It is a pleasure to walk along the embankment in the evening.There are cafes/restaurants and bars.
The food is excellent.A variety of fruits, vegetables/greens.Fish, chicken, lots of delicious rice.The only drawback was French fries were not every day (the child was very upset).In 10 days, we definitely ate ice cream for dinner 2 times.
We were given a good room without extra charges.The plumbing was fresh.The air conditioner did not work upon arrival, but after contacting the reception, it was immediately done.
Animators try their best, a disco for children every day.
Near the hotel there are pharmacies (accept rubles), shops.

Positive:
1. The sea and the beach are a five-minute walk away, there are always free sun beds, a bar on the beach
2. There are some advantages in nutrition: a lot of fruits, there is a choice of main dishes
3. The location is good: near the beach, and the center of the village, and a stop in Kemer, and an exchange
4. Comfortable mattresses in the rooms
Minuses:
1. The hotel is very, VERY, VERY old. Everything is old: appliances, furniture, towels, dishes. All the remaining disadvantages follow from the first
2. In the dining room and at the reception, air conditioners and refrigerators cannot cope, because of this, it is impossible to stay in the heat. There is a sour smell from the refrigerator with cheeses, it is better not to even approach, vegetables also turn sour instantly, flies everywhere. There are queues for food in the barbecue area, even for scrambled eggs in the morning.
3. We lived in two rooms. In the building With a terrible horror, we lived in Mallorca in a 2-star hotel and the room was many times more decent. To settle in such rooms is not only for guests, but also to disrespect oneself. For an additional fee, they fled to Building A, it's more decent there. During the week, we had the toilet and shower repaired. The craftsmen are well done: attentive and diligent, but it is difficult for them to cope with so many breakdowns.
4. The Internet is only in the lobby, where it is impossible to stay because of the heat, and that is very bad, they constantly restart.
Conclusion: if you go here, it's only for the sake of the sea and if you can't get a better and more expensive hotel. In any case, it is better in price and quality than Sochi. I will refrain from recommendations and I am unlikely to return myself.

Larissa Sultan hotel 4*- budget, practical,sincere .We rested in 2023 at the end of May and the beginning of June - we were unlucky with the weather, we did not feel rest, so we returned in June 2024, the weather is super, the sea is calm, clean, caressing.The hotel is beautiful-the children found entertainment for themselves-a slide with a separate pool, water aerobics animation,water polo,volleyball,darts,bocce-for adults on the beach aerobics, yoga, belly dancing, there were enough sun beds, the beach is wide, if you walk to the abandoned hotel for a walk or on water trampolines.
Nutrition: varied, my children are fastidious and they were not hungry.The range of dishes is good, ice cream and tortillas were baked.
Room: spacious, gels, soap and other accessories, cleaning every day.If something does not work, the reception responds quickly.
Children were entertained additionally on excursions - rafting, quad bikes, bought a tour from Ginza Trevel - Elena works - she will tell you everything, recommend, and pleasant prices.They didn't let me down.
The staff is responsive, alcohol is standard+brut champagne, cocktails,baileys are local.
There were Turkish nights on Saturdays, on other days karaoke, lotto, Mr. and miss of the hotel, live music and dance shows come.A disco every day.
We are not picky, if there were disadvantages, then everything is solved. More advantages - very sincere, homely, fun and comfortable.
