We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. Of the advantages: THE BEACH!!! The beach is cool, white sand, the entry into the water is smooth, the water is clean (the ocean is a separate story!!!). There are plenty of sun beds on the beach. From a nearby hotel (5*), vacationers came to our beach, saying that our beach is better!!! There are two bars on the beach, and pina colada is great in the far bar!!! And the lobby bar has a great daiquiri!!! Overall, I liked the hotel. We paid $50 extra for a room with an ocean view and didn't worry about it! The rooms are large, the furniture is normal, not super new, but not dead either. The problem was with the towels, they categorically do not want to change them, even if they throw them on the floor. Tips in this case also did not make the weather! Only the threat that I would complain to the Cuban Ministry of Tourism forced them to change towels daily! The food is generally good, pork, chicken every day. There were seafood: mussels, octopuses, squid, lobsters. There were a lot of mangoes from fruits!!! In restaurants, the problem is precisely the lack of spoons, for some reason there are none. Soup and ice cream have learned to eat with forks!!! Overall, I liked the hotel! I definitely recommend an excursion to the dolphinarium!!! Emotions are off the scale! I wish you all a great holiday!!! ;)

We had a vacation in 2019. The hotel is not bad, the food is normal. The ocean is beautiful, the rum is gorgeous)))
What else do you need to relax? Just a good mood! And it was!

Very nice hotel, solid 4*! Its luxurious beach is more than 150 m. There is a wide breakage. It is in increasing demand. It was the second time - there were 3 times more tourists this year! The staff is nice, friendly, and sometimes slow. The girls at the reception may not pay attention to you for a long time! They are full of chocolates, so they are not so attentive to the Russian tourist. But they are very attentive and reverent to Canadians, it is noticeable. It's good that the girls in the bars are responsive, but we also gave them all chocolates and a dollar each! The waiters in the dining room need to give gifts - they are very pleased, here in general is the best attitude towards tourists! And they work quite a lot, and the salary is $ 25. In general, we recommend the hotel. The territory is good, everything is clean. Entertainment events in the evening! The pool was not rented
