Nice hotel, great location, you can walk to Marmaris in the evening. There are no questions about nutrition, grilled fish, meat (lamb, chicken, beef) everything is there, cooked delicious, greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, cheeses, fruits (watermelons, melons, plums, peaches, apples). I didn't take ready-made salads, but everything is also in large quantities. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Sweets for every taste, I would also like to buy them with me, but unfortunately there is no such opportunity. The Italian restaurant was visited at lunch, the pizza is very tasty. The sea is excellent, we did not look for flaws. The beach line is quite large, the sun beds had to be occupied earlier, the cakes on the beach are incomparable, they were in different hotels, here they are the most delicious. Minimum cleaning, garbage was thrown out, paper was added, tea, coffee, water were brought, we did not have soap, they forgot to add it to us, but we did not need to. There were entertainment programs in the evening, we did not go, we walked along the promenade. As a result, the rest turned out to be excellent.

The hotel is very conveniently located between the city of Marmaris and the village of Icmeller. The privacy of the beach area is also preserved, which is rare for this area, because all beaches are publicly accessible, and at the same time, access to a common pedestrian promenade along the entire bay. To be honest, the evening program at the hotel is a little weak, but if you go along the embankment towards Marmaris, you can find many fun places with good programs, dancing, etc., and if you go towards Ichmeller, then on the contrary there is a calm beautiful road where you can relax and meditate) There is a Taxi-bot stop very close to the hotel, where you can take a ride to Ichmeller, Marmaris or Turunch Bay. Not bad, great restaurant, good cuisine. A varied selection of dishes, lots of vegetables, fruits, oriental sweets. Decent local wine, good beer. A beautiful beach surrounded by pine trees. Clear sea, great views. The rooms are tired and rarely cleaned. Half of the rooms overlook the driveway to the neighboring village (according to the documents, this is garden view) . An old hotel in need of renovation.
Lack of adequate cleaning corresponding to the status of 5*-daily change of towels, complete absence of wet cleaning.

The kitchen is without frills, but everything you need is always in sufficient variety. The rooms are different, personal recommendation, do not take the attic 4th floor, take the 2,3rd with a view of the pool or the sea (left wing of the main building) there are the most comfortable rooms with a large panoramic balcony. There is no difference in price, but the difference is significant.

The food is varied and delicious. The room in the bungalow is new and nice. The cleaning was done 1 time in 5 days. A couple of times she just wasn't there, and 2 times the cleaner came at a quiet hour, although we asked her the day before to come until quiet.an hour (but the woman does not understand either Russian or English, and we did not have time to learn Turkish in 5 days). Because we have a small child who is difficult to put down with noise, we simply did not let the cleaning. A huge disadvantage is the flies in the lobby bar and restaurant. There are a huge number of them.
The most wonderful thing about Labrande Maris is the views. A very beautiful view from the window, it is beautiful to lie on the beach and admire. The beach is weak-small, everyone lies side by side. Deck chairs should be occupied early in the morning, otherwise you will be left with nothing and you will have to look for hotel staff to find sun beds (we needed 4 pcs) and squeeze them somewhere. The beach is rocky and uncomfortable. I do not recommend it with a small child, there was not enough sandbox or at least something for children. A huge omission of the hotel is the lack of ice cream. A wonderful place, gorgeous views, but you need to keep in mind that you will not be able to enjoy the panoramic views of the open sea. Sunbeds need to be occupied early to enjoy the sun after 16.00 to take places on the pier, in other places there is shade. The rooms are not cleaned very well, but it is probably not only in this hotel. The food is good, you can always find empty seats in the restaurant. We lived in an additional building on the 3rd floor, the view from the 4th floor will be better. The side view from the main building is worse, and the rooms are smaller. But this is at everyone's discretion.

Overall, I liked the hotel. I have been to both luxury hotels (once upon a time the Egyptian Hilton was gorgeous) and frankly poor hotels (almost any in Hammamet), there is something to compare.

And where is the tanura dance with a skirt? Where's the fire show? Where are the acrobats? Well, the standard set of any Turkish five.... but it suits foreigners, and ours are almost not there.
The beach consists of two piers in the sea and a concrete strip with sun beds. Yes, the tradition of taking sunbeds with towels at 6 a.m. to come to the sea by 11 o'clock has not gone away. Come and stomp until you find at least 1 free one. On the concrete, the sun only shines in the morning until about 14 o'clock. Then everything is immersed in a solid shadow from the mountain. Or the Pier, where the sun is until sunset. But it will be a long way to walk to the bar. I note that there is a refrigerator with drinks, there are soda and beer in ice. And yes, everyone goes with ice cream, you think they buy it, and then you only find out that it's free, you can take as much as you want in the refrigerator yourself. There are 4 types to choose from, but the twister ends the fastest.
If you buy this hotel is not expensive, it is a very good option, no worse than the vaunted turban next door. But if you pay 280 thousand for this from 1 person for 12 nights (the cheapest room), well, that's it. It does not reach an expensive Doganai-type hotel in Alanya, for a cheap one...It is expensive.
But in general terms, I don't regret my vacation here. There is a very beautiful nature here, the sea air is green, the sea is calm and almost clean (apparently garbage is periodically thrown from boats).

This is the third time we are staying at this hotel. The best value for money - we have lived in Turkey for a year and a half in an active mode - we have been to many regions, but we always return to this hotel for rest and relaxation. The food is excellent, the staff is always polite, the rooms are very comfortable (perhaps not the newest foundation, but definitely cozy and clean), excellent territory and just 100/100 location.

The hotel is a real battle for a place in the sun! We pay money for our holidays. And in fact we get such discomfort. There are not enough sun beds for everyone, so people also throw their things just like that. Some of them I watched and did not come to the beach at all for the whole day. The strangest thing is that there are no managers who would control all this mess. Nobody cares....
Alcoholic beverages of poor quality . If the wine is white , pink can still be drunk somehow - the rest is cheap swill . There is no sparkling wine, no Aperol, it would seem the most popular cocktail in all good Turkish hotels, respectively, is also missing ((( I bought wine if possible in the super market.
The room stock is old. The hotel has many old rooms and bungalows. We selected a room with a sea view when booking a tour departing from St. Petersburg. Upon arrival, they were given a completely creepy room in a building with a separate entrance (room 2432). Where pets are allowed. The room, dirty with dust from a year ago, complemented the barking of a dog left by the owners in the next room! The building itself is very old, the atmosphere of an old hospital! And in such conditions I had to live for 13 days . I was outraged, we flew all night. We didn't sleep, then we waited 8 hours for check-in and got such a "G". They began to demand a replacement number. Thanks to the Russian-speaking hotel employee Julia, my daughter and I were moved the next day to the main building on the 2nd floor in a more decent room with a dressing room. With side sea view) Therefore, if you refuse in a similar situation, run to her for help!
By the way, many guests have already noticed that in principle you will NOT be accommodated in the hotel before 14.00. Hotel policy, foolishness of principle. The room we received was clearly not freshly washed, the floors were dirty and the dust indicated that no one had been in the room for a long time. But to accommodate guests tired from the road, it would already be an attraction of unprecedented generosity. I think it's just mean. When the rooms are available, and the guests fall asleep on the sofas at the Reception after a night of overheating and change clothes in the toilets. It is much easier to say a cold "No rooms, wait"
The food at the hotel is monotonous. No barbecue, don't dream of a sea of food at all! You can't get into Ala kart restaurants . And there's not much to do there, I'll say. If only Italian . The others have nothing to talk about at all. The restaurant of national cuisine is terribly simple.
There is not much entertainment. In the evenings, karaoke, disco. The kids are so bored here!
I do not recommend massage. We went to Balinese with our daughter . I didn 't like it .
One of the advantages is of course the location! The hotel is located in the green part of the embankment, there is a place to walk in the evening. The hotel has its own beach. The concrete base that everyone writes about is not a disadvantage in my opinion. You get used to it in a day, but your feet are clean (not in the sand). You can go down into the water by a ladder or carefully enter by pebbles. There is also a pier. But it is probably necessary to take a sunbed there at 5 a.m. to run 😭 or behave like impudent Europeans - stupidly leave a cap or a handkerchief or an inflatable circle on the sunbed. It 's a pity that my upbringing doesn 't allow me to behave like this .
Conclusion: this is my first time in Marmaris. The service is definitely not like in good hotels on the Antalya coast, say in Belek. You can't even compare. Everyone knows about it. But nature and the sea are so much more beautiful for me! And there is a place to go, i.e. not only a "hotel" vacation . So choose what is more important to you .

We purchased a trip through the Intourist. From May 05 to May 12 bungalows. When choosing a flight, Azur air was a priority with a full 7 days of arrival and a late departure. In the process, everything was changed. Flying the disgusting Southwind. The airport of arrival was miraculously measured for Antalya instead of Dalaman, we arrived at the hotel on May 06 at 05.30. Tired of saying nothing. We settled into a standard room in the main building with a view of a hill with trees. The room was not cleaned after the previous guests. Only the bed linen was changed. There are dirty slippers and personal belongings under the beds. It was not pleasant to be there. It didn't work out to rest after the road (our journey from Moscow took 12!!!! Hours, "thanks" to the intourist and the south wind). After a long explanation at the reception with the English-speaking staff, the situation was saved by the reception manager Ilya (thank you very much). We were given a clean, small room in a bungalow with a wonderful view of the sea.
The hotel itself has a large, beautiful, green area, with a fairly long coastline. The food is delicious and quite varied. Everything was fine with us. They drank their own alcohol, so there are no comments. Towels are both beach towels and room standards. Entertainment program every day. The location is great. There is a place to walk. We walked to Marmaris and Icmeler. The location and the territory are ideal for us. The nuances of cleaning, but you can work with it))) I recommend it for a visit

Отличный отель для семейного отдыха, который находится в дивной бухте Мармарис. Очень разнообразная кухня, питание на любой вкус, включая детское и диетическое меню, качество питания отличное. Старательный персонал, который быстро реагирует на просьбы клиента, но никто не понимает по-русски. Учите английский! Пляж удобный, хорошо продуманный, море чистое, прозрачное, заход с пирса, камни. Изумительные лепёшки пекут на пляже. Рекомендую попробовать. Уборка номеров ежедневно, быстро, качественно. Меняли бельё и полотенца своевременно. В номере есть мыло и гель для душа в дозаторах, хорошего качества.
Единственным минусом считаю очень большую слышимость соседей в номерах типа бунгало, т.к. не все умеют себя прилично вести. Отель рекомендую, хотелось бы приехать сюда ещё.

Прекрасное место, очень рады, что мы его выбрали. Пляжная зона выше всяких похвал. Потрясающие виды на бухту и острова. Чистое море, почти всегда штиль. Плавать одно удовольствие. Приятные локации, "Коко бар" (на пляже рядом с рыбным рестораном) понравился обслуживанием и особой расслабляющей атмосферой.
Вообще, это место, куда хочется возвращаться.

Cleaning is daily, the food is excellent for any connoisseur - meat, fish always. Private private beach! Well, the view of the mountains is simply amazing! Within walking distance of the city, market, shops! If you are not a fan of walking, stop near the hotel or taxi - also near the hotel - $ 10 to the farthest point of the city. Not a bad hotel, but with its own nuances. Of the advantages: not very far from the Dalaman airport 1.5 hours. Beautiful territory, though small. A huge long embankment from Marmaris to Oludeniz (several kilometers), which connects all the hotels on the coast. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, hookah bars, water entertainment stations, etc. If you want to walk, if you want to run, if you want to ride a bike. Very beautiful nature: the bay and the purest water. Of the minuses: the hotel is tired. It consists of a central building and a bungalow. Of the 200 bungalows, only 6 have been renovated. In all the photos to the hotel, of course, only they are. There is no beach, there is a concrete platform with a descent into the sea. For small children there is an entrance 3 meters wide:(there is no sand. The food is good, but you can't call it great either. Everything is quite monotonous. That's what's delicious, so it's desserts. I will not dissemble here. There is only one pool and it is very small for such a hotel. And the most important disadvantage: it is impossible to sleep. Animation screams until one, two in the morning. Closed windows don't help. This is the first time I've seen this.

This is the most lame five I've ever been in. The most important thing for me is not even that, the hotel is old and smelly, there is no feeling of the sea,,,, !!! How do you swim in a lake, and the water is kind of stagnant, it smells like mud, the beach is just one name, a narrow concrete strip, I do not recommend the word at all.... They write about the healthy air of the pines. It is not felt here. The only advantage here is the dry climate, there is no humidity like on the Antalya coast.

Надежда, добрый день. Спасибо вам большое. Отдых просто супер. Очень понравился Мармарис. Есть что посмотреть и куда сходить вечером. Отель тоже очень понравился. Очень большая территория куча всего. Горки, бассейны, море. Мы даже не успели все там посмотреть. И вид на море просто сказка, не разу не пожалела, что выбрала именно такой номер. И отдельное спасибо за индивидуальный трансфер. Он нас кстати спас от общения с местными гидами. Мы про них вообще забыли, они нам потом письмо оставили чтобы мы им ваучер прислали)))))

Очень хороший отель. Не первый раз отдыхаем в нем. Чистота, доброжелательный персонал, прекрасное расположение, замечательный пляж. Очень вкусная и обильная еда, неплохой выбор напитков. Имеется достаточно большая парковка для автомобилей, но припарковать автомобиль не всегда возможно.

Отдыхаю сейчас. Живу в корпусе 2. Номер большой с лоджией. Мебель не очень новая, но чистая. Имеется дверь в соседний номер, все слышно. Но пока соседи тихие. Еда неплохая, особенно тушёные мясо и овощи. Фрукты большей частью невкусные или недозрелые.
Есть один существенный дефект. В номере неправильно выложен пол в душе. Уклон в обратную сторону. Вода растекается по полу и затекает в комнату. Попросил швабру. Когда моюсь, периодически сгоняю воду в слив. И это со дня постройки отеля. Работы для плиточники на пару часов. Менять номер не стал, вид из окна прекрасный, на море. Видно город и порт.
Все остальное нормально. Тихо, свежий воздух. Отель соответствует тем деньгам, что заплатил. Отдельное спасибо Юле. Всегда поможет и очень доброжелательна.

Второй раз не поехала бы. Для меня на пятерку отель не потянул. Еда однообразная и, как и большинство турецкой еды, не вкусная, да и выбор не большой. Но грустнее всего пляж - его там нет. Шезлонги стоят впритык на узком бетонном пирсе, их невозможно передвигать, чтобы скрыться от палящего солнца, т.к. места для этого просто нет. Зонтики - это вообще позор. Небольшие плетеные не особо спасающие от солнца. Их невозможно наклонить, не возможно подвинуть. Я смогла найти всего одно место на всем пляже, где передвигая шезлонг, я могла быть в тени на протяжении всего нахождения на пляже, а не после 12-ти, например. Из хорошего - неплохие номера в главном здании, в домиках, говорят, гораздо хуже. Хорошая работа ресепшн. Из русскоговорящих - на гестрелейшен прекрасная Юлия, помогает по всем вопросам. Отличный интернет на всей территории отеля и даже на пляже, хотя территория для этого района достаточно большая. Самое важное, что не могу не сказать - холодная, очень холодная вода в этом районе Турции из-за подводных ключей. Не увидела этого ни в одном отзыве, иначе бы не поехала!!! Мало людей купаются. Так что, кто не морж, лучше сюда не ехать. Контингент туристов разный, русские есть, но прям не сильно много. Расположение для меня было нормальным - между Мпрмартмом и Ичмелером - тихо-спокойно. Доехать до них быстро и просто. В общем - для меня не очень все зашло, но в Мармарисе просто другой уровень отдыха, чем допустим в том же Фетхие.

Еда без изысков в жару мало столов в здании где кондиционер, официанты быстрые убирают помогают, жили в семейном бунгало с видом на море номер новый Мебель хорошая , очень красивый виды , сосновый воздух , все утопает в зелени. Пляж уникальный Пирс для лежаков метров на 150 в море. Прозрачная вода с рыбками. После обеда солнце уходит за гору и тень от сосен накрывает пляж.

Этот отель просто лучшее место на побережье! Отличная еда! Чистый семейный номер в бунгало. Доброжелательный персонал. Пляж галька, но вход продуман и безопасен. Море чистейшее. Территория большая. Рекомендую! Были в мае 2023!

Отель не очень новый, но очень хороший. Жили в шале! Все на 5ку. Территория уопает в зелени. Кедры, эвкалипты, фикусы столетние, и всего много разного зеленого.
Пляж отличный, вода прозрачная, бодрящая. По набережной можно пробежаться с утра в теньке. Твердая 5ка👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ребят, кто едет совсем скоро в мармарис привезите Юле хорошей колбасы сырокопченной)) девушка просто душка без нее реально рускоговорящие не заселятся, рассказывает все, подскажет где куда, поехать, на ресепшен подходите говорите Юоя и всё!!! Все проблемы решены. Отель отличный кто пишет за еду нет изыскав, от вида разнообразия уде наелся, алкоголь вполне нормальный местный, смотря кто за чем сюда едет, природа сказка все в зелени, ну нет мыла пасты зубной, нц приаещли с собой ничего страшного, а так то вск отлично! Насчёт музыки в главном корпусе ее не слышно воопше кондер работает громче в номере, чем та музыка на улице, мы тут третий день, нам очень нравится, сняли машину за 45$ приаезли в отель, жалеем , что на мало взяли тур.

Отдыхаем в данный момент в отеле. Читаю негативные отзывы и честно, офигеваю,. Да это не премиум, но никто и не заявлял,для данной ценовой категории отличный вариант. Еда однообразна? Если наваливать все что есть себе в тарелку , то конечно. Еда отличная, рыба ежедневно, овощи фрукты курица все есть, в его в достатке. По сервису вообще без вопросов и напитки принесут и лед предложат и влажные салфетки дадут без просьб. Лежаки всегда есть и в тени и на солнце и в любое время можно ничего не занимать. На пирсе поспокойнее , без детей в холодильнике напитки в бутылках и банках ба. Для детей лучше взять кораллки будет удобнее. Как по мне , что нет песка отлично. Чистые ноги чистый шезлонг прозрачная вода. Очень рекомендую отель. Цена качество.

A chic hotel . Room cleaning-5; meals -5, staff -5; animation -3, there is practically no animation in May, dancing to boring music until 12, then like in a sanatorium, not for young people. To the center 10 minutes by minibus, 30-40 minutes on foot. The bus stop is nearby. There are no shops nearby. The choice of alcohol is average. A very beautiful view from the hotel from almost anywhere.

Очень понравилось. Бунгало. Свисают веточки деревьев, цветов. Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Много свежих фруктов и зелени. Доброжелательный персонал, все улыбаются

Отдыхала с сыном,14 дней в сентябре.Очень понравилось!!!Доброжелательный персонал,вкусная еда(рыба,разная каждый день),море супер,вода 26,для меня ,то что надо.
По поводу геля в душе,попросила и сразу принесли.С детьми,лучше не сюда.Спокойный отдых для взрослых!🙂
Впечатления от отеля,очень хорошие!
Но без знания английского сложно,будем учить!😉

Смешанные ощущения от отеля. Во-первых, по-русски вас не поймут, учите английский. Это не минус, это к сведению. Неплохое расположение - между Мармарисом и Ичмелером, не слышно ночных тусовок, но желающие могут легко дойти. Территория маленькая, но ухоженная, сосны, пальмы, море - воздух свежий. Правда, машины припаркованы прямо вдоль дорожки, такого я нигде не видела... Номера в бунгало отремонтированы, все чистое и свежее. За чистотой следят, уборка, смена полотенец на уровне. Теперь о минусах. По сути один бассейн, он маловат. Еда недостаточно разнообразная для 5 звёзд. Ни клубники, ни черешни, персики твёрдые. Соки плохие. Часть напитков в барах и ресторанах а ля карт платная. В номере только вода, никаких больше напитков. Персонал почти весь неприветливый. Если сам поздоровался, ответят, но не больше. Улыбаться их не учили. Дверь в бунгало нельзя запереть изнутри, только электронный замок. Бумажка "не беспокоить" на ручке двери не держится, падает. Спишь ты днем, а в номер вваливается горничная и начинает убирать... Но главный минус - мухи... Сидят на еде на раздаче и лезут в тарелки... Гезлеме готовят, а по тесту муха ползёт. Тьфу....

Жуткий отель, две звезды только за отличный вид и много воды в номере.
Все в отеле старое, вонючее, неприятное, был all inclusive еда в основных зала абсолютно невкусная, каждый раз было ощущение что уходили голодными, алкоголь/коктейли жуть, все хлыщат только пиво. Можете не расчитывать на баночки с шампунем/гелем/пастой и тд, это треш. Не рекомендую, поищите что то поновее, вообще не стоит своих денег.

Еда вкусная, обслуживают очень долго ( попросила постельное белье на ремепшене прошел примерно час и не принесли, позвонила через телефон на ресепшен сказали опять что принесут, прошел еще час нету, попросила дочку ещё раз попросить и принесли только пол первого ночи) , номера не выглядят как на 5 звёзд, была сначала в одном номере, там был старый шкаф и было что-то липкое на стенах, персонал очень дружелюбный, территория довольно большая, пляж шикарный - кристально чистая, есть капельки в воде и детям есть чем заняться, от аэропорта далековато конечно ехать, но в принципе нормально.
