В целом все было хорошо кроме бани. Нам сказали что за 500 тыс можно семейно на час арендовать время для бани. По факту в первый день не было смотрителя за баней (зайти нельзя), а на следующий день баня только в женские часы и мужские часы. Так мне чтобы попасть в баню надо чтоб 10 женщин набралось для менее чем 10 чел баню не включат. За мои деньги лично мне тоже не включат- тоже отказ. Отстой. Ожидание и реальность не та....

We were familiar with the rest at the Kristall boarding house about thirty years ago, and now, after so many years, we really enjoyed everything. Wonderful air and nature, the territory is clean, so many colors are pleasing to the eye. A modern playground, sports facilities, a large selection of exercise equipment, and, of course, a swimming pool with sun beds, towels and music were built for children. Great!!!! We lived in block A, neat and clean, and special thanks to the chefs, the food was delicious and varied. We were satisfied

A great option for a family holiday, there are 2 swimming pools on site, a summer pool and a winter pool. Comprehensive 3 meals a day are also provided. The food is generally not bad, but last year it was tastier and more varied. The air is clean, the service is good. A big plus is that there are treatment services in the medical building and are included in the cost of 5 days or more.

We had a great rest, the place is gorgeous, lots of greenery, tall pines, clean air, large well-groomed territory. Special thanks to the staff and the restaurant administrator, everything is perfectly organized, delicious, satisfying, we didn't even have time to get hungry. We were relaxing in a chalet. The house is clean, cozy, bathroom for 4 out of 5, good furniture, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, hair dryer, everything is there. The pool is clean and large. There are children's slides. We didn't swim in the indoor pool, it seemed too small, but that's why it's close to the cabins. You have to go down to the big one. There is a huge territory for hiking, there are playgrounds and sports grounds. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely zero customer orientation. We asked about the event and were ignored at every stage. The total check was planned to be about 100 million only for accommodation and a conference room, as well as other expenses, as many people wanted to go with their children. Managers blame each other, no one can give information on booking locations, one manager promises one thing and makes a reservation, others say that the reservation is not valid. The cost of the conference room was announced, it seemed to have been agreed, then they said that the conference room would be used as a dining room for other guests and it would need to be vacated right in the middle of the event. We went to the recreation area itself, visited the sales department, but could not plan anything. The area itself is very large and cozy, the territory is well-groomed and shady, but the service leaves much to be desired.

An old, solid boarding house in a gorgeous mountain village. The nature is great, and I really liked the cuisine (although they say it's not always good, but everything is great this season). The territory is well maintained. The pool is also great, clean, there is a large one for adults and a small one with slides for children. We did not rest in the main blocks, but in a wooden chalet house, many of them were built there. They are quite nice, and most importantly quiet. The noise, or rather the evening disco that takes place next to the playground every evening after dinner, is the main disadvantage of this place. The time when it gets not hot and you want to have a quiet time near the playground where the children want to jump, so at this time you have to run either as far away from the playground as possible, or hide in the house. The music screams hideously, for the sake of a rare couple of vacationers who want to dance. Sometimes it lasts for a couple of hours and then they turn it off and you can go out for a walk. But there were days when apparently there were more people willing to dance and this hell lasted until almost 12. This is an outrage. In general, I believe that discos in such places should be in a sound-suppressing room, and not in the fresh air where everyone is forced to join them. Otherwise, everything was fine on vacation.

We had a rest this winter at the Crystal Sanatorium, which is on the way to Humson. The location is gorgeous, located on a mountainside, the air is clean. There are a lot of different greenery around, and there is a stream below. At first we looked at the old building, but the building is very old and the walls are very thin. And then we looked at the chalet and decided to stay there. The building is good and the furniture is new, probably due to the fact that it was recently put into operation. The reception didn't know what the square of the room was and what was in it. But the room there is quite suitable, there is even a balcony. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, TV are all there. But there's a special problem with the TV, even though it's connected to the Internet, but there's absolutely nothing set up. The setup wizard was called several times all day through different staff members, to no avail. Apparently he fell down the mountain or he's not there at all. Medicine is there for show, which is probably why it's free. There are few people and therefore there are no queues. But I liked the cuisine, the food is delicious and there is a choice. But three meals a day for a minute. The territory itself is closed, which is a plus. The guards do their duty from the bottom of their hearts, even for a half-hour visit they asked for some kind of document and even gave some kind of piece of paper for passage. I didn't even understand what and who and from whom they were protecting. The staff is completely inexperienced, there is no culture of communication, no reliable information. Golf cart drivers have no idea which one is charged and which one is not. And they're too lazy to carry passengers one way, apparently it's really painful to go back empty. The girls in the sales department were busy settling their friends and acquaintances, and the whole queue was waiting and watching them having a nice conversation with each other. There's only one manager who's more or less good, but he's probably not in time. I also had to ask for cleaning in the parking lot, as there was a variety of debris ranging from broken bottles to rubber bands. In general, although the place is good, but the staff needs to be worked on. It really spoils the holiday experience. We paid 11 million plus in a week. It is certainly more expensive than the general building, but in comparison the price / quality of the chalet is better.

The place is very beautiful — the nature pleases the eye, the air is clean, peace and quiet. Ideal for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you plan to stay, I recommend a minimum of a junior suite — the comfort level is higher, especially with children. The food is generally delicious, but the portions are quite modest, and sometimes the dishes arrive already cold. In the evening, they turned on the music — it was too loud, I would like the sound to be adjusted depending on the time of day. There are some inconveniences: There are no ramps for wheelchairs, only stairs, which complicates movement. There is also a lack of entertainment for both children and adults. It would be great if the administration organized hikes or group activities — the territory and nature allow it. The furniture in the rooms is not new, the mattresses are quite tired, the beds creak — this slightly spoils the overall impression. Overall, the place is good, with great potential. If you work on the little things, it will be a great vacation for families, couples or groups of friends. We hope that the comments will help improve the service!

The room was excellent, but the maids work poorly. They didn't give me disposable slippers. The room is poorly cleaned. The toilet is dirty. We waited 20 minutes for the maid to hand over the room. In the end, they left. Electric cars run through the territory, because the terrain is mountainous. But passengers are transported selectively. A young guy, the driver (blue-eyed, blond), turned out to be especially ill-mannered and rude, who refused us with children and heavy luggage, but was happy to dissect the territory with a youth company. Excellent chief medical officer. I listened carefully and made appointments. Great massage therapist Dilkush. I recommend going with the family. If you have problems with movement, move into building B, as it is closer to the cafeteria, hospital and river. Demand to be given a ride in a square, as this is their responsibility, as we later found out. Sometimes a couple of unpleasant moments or negligent employees can ruin the evaluation of the entire resort.

We had our first vacation at Kristall in June 2026. The territory is large and well maintained. The air is extraordinary and clean. I liked and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The exact opposite in nutrition was when we came back for a vacation in early August of this year. The team of chefs was replaced. The portions of food decreased, there was no variety, and the quality left much to be desired. Most of the vacationers constantly complained to the staff.Despite the poor food, the sluggishness of the waiters, and poorly washed dishes, I had to wait for the titanium with hot water to heat up to the desired temperature. Regarding the issue of booking rooms. The sales office staff reserves a room, but they do not guarantee exactly which room number, number of floors, or which beds (double or single). They refer to the fact that this will be determined already at the sanatorium itself upon check-in, and that they do not have such information at the sales office. The furniture in the Standard rooms is in need of renovation. The cabinets are loose to such an extent that the cabinet door simply pops out of its slots, and the glued lining on the bedside tables protrudes. Once at 18.00 we tried to contact the medical center, but we were told that it was open until 17.00. But what if we need help after 17.00?! We really hope that the management of Kristall will take measures to eliminate these claims, which spoil the image of the sanatorium. And our next vacation in the already beloved "Crystal" will not overshadow anything.

The horror! Who would have thought that after a vacation to Crystal resort, you need more rest. During the 5 days of rest, we didn't really sleep, we lived in Block A, rooms 104 and 105, the windows faced the back of the block, where there is a basement in which work is underway, sawing, punching, etc. and it all starts from 6 a.m. until the evening, I attached the video. Children are constantly running in the corridor, door handles are being pulled, and the cleaners are constantly talking, the feeling that you are in a hospital, and there is such audibility in the ward, all requests are answered with "hop" but nothing changes, even the administration was contacted with a complaint, there is also a stupid "hop" in response. We wanted to move into a 2-bed chalet, but there is a damp smell from a dirty carpet that is spread all over the chalet and there is no closet. Block A is still more or less clean after renovation, but of course the sofa is already very scary, and it's scary to sit on it, there is still a smell of paint in the rooms. Meals are for 4 *, they give a lot of food, but not tasty, there are a lot of flies in the dining room, every morning they give cottage cheese, which is open on the table, among the flying flies. The staff does not speak Russian, and they behave very noisily, shouting, laughing, for 5 days of stay they did not give water to the room, they did not replace the towels (although we only used them to put them on a dirty sofa and sit down, because without towels it is scary to sit on the sofa) The territory is large, the nature is beautiful!

We had a family vacation (2 adults and a 5-year-old child) in August 2026. In short, we won't come here a second time. The biggest disadvantage was the room, everything else was fine. And now for more details. We presented a ticket at the entrance and drove to the parking lot, there is a reception nearby, we checked in, we were given a ticket to visit a restaurant for 2 people (this was included in the price) for a child, it is paid separately for each day of stay 180 t day, for a child we did not take a separate portion, because it is small and 2 portions were enough for us Three of them. There were golf carts next to the reception, which took us to our block B. Our room was on the 3rd floor, there were only 3 floors in the block and there was no elevator, so it was hard to carry things. When opening a room, the smell that comes from very old houses with old things hits your nose, the renovation looks very old, the floors are scratched, plaster has fallen from the ceiling. There were 2 separate single beds in the room, which were pushed up to each other and there was a huge hole between them, about 10 cm. Those traveling with small children should take this into account and take an extra bed for them (500 tons per day), the mattresses were of different stiffness, one was harder, the other softer. The bed linen looked normal, but it didn't have a fresh smell, especially the blanket, as if it hadn't been washed. The room had a closet that was by the door and half blocked the passage, a refrigerator, a TV, 2 cabinets, 2 chairs, dishes and air conditioning. Of the hygiene supplies, there were 2 pieces of soap, shampoo, shower gel and brushes. Please note that there is no hairdryer, slippers, or drinking water in the room. It is unpleasant to be in the bathroom, there was a smell of a public toilet and everything looked 100 years old and unclean. They never cleaned the room in 4 days, they didn't even come to pick up the trash from the trash can. The food was well fed, and the food was portioned. There was a different porridge for breakfast every day. For lunch and dinner there was the first, second, compote, salads, fruits, pastries. An interesting detail, the canteen serves in 2 shifts. 1st shift: breakfast from 8:00-9:00, lunch from 13:00-14:00, dinner from 18:00-19:00, 2nd shift: breakfast from 9:00-10:00, lunch from 14:00-15:00, dinner from 19:00-20:00. You choose a shift and a certain table is assigned to you. One table accepts 2 rooms in 2 shifts turns out. There are 2 summer pools: children's and adult. The water in the pool was clean, the temperature was comfortable, but it was difficult to get to it, either by climbing the steps, which are of different sizes and uneven, or by climbing a steep slide. The territory is large and well-maintained, apparently new asphalt was laid not long ago, paving stones were laid in some places, almost the entire territory is in the shade, there are a lot of trees and benches, there is a Playground.

We would like to note that we really liked the territory itself, the clean air, the playground, the fresh and delicious food in the restaurant, the fast work of the waiters — it was certainly pleasant. However, unfortunately, our vacation did not leave a feeling of complete satisfaction. Below we will list the points that we hope will help you improve the service.: 1. Cleaning. After check-in, the chalet was not cleaned at all. On the second day, we asked to take out the trash and replace the towels, but no one came to us. As a result, the garbage had to be taken out by itself to the street urn to avoid an unpleasant smell. For a premium price stay, we expected more attention to cleanliness and basic comfort. 2. The landline phone was not working. This created an inconvenience, especially when trying to contact the reception or order something from the restaurant. Each request had to be conveyed personally, which is inconvenient, especially with small children. 3. Transportation on the territory. It is difficult to move around the mountainous terrain with children, especially to the pool and back. Unfortunately, minibus drivers were not always willing to respond to requests, and sometimes they agreed only after several repetitions. This creates tension and the feeling that the guest is asking for something extra. It would be great if a minibus ran through the territory at certain times (for example, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00-17:00 conditionally), especially towards the pool. 4. The first impression turned out to be a little spoiled: upon arrival, we witnessed a conflict between an employee (presumably a security guard or parking attendant) and other guests. I would like the meeting of the guests to be accompanied by a warmer and friendlier atmosphere. 6. About the pool. I would like more sun beds for guests and umbrellas. I really missed it. Despite this, we repeat: we really liked the atmosphere, the nature, the restaurant and the territory. The food is tasteless, the bread is stale. Porridge is as thin as water, butter and sausages are the cheapest. The pool has warm, dirty water. Previously, it was possible to descend into the Ugam River, but now the passage has been closed. There are young girls at the reception and they don't know how to communicate with clients at all. After promising a normal vacation and arranging for us to stay in an indoor camper, they placed us on an outdoor camper under the sun.
