Tombstones, and park grace all around. People with children or dogs are walking, riding bikes, and having picnics... I don't quite understand what kind of emotion to use. Would it be better if someone restored the monuments and installed them under glass, for example? The current picture, of course, suggests difficult thoughts about the past, but I am inclined to believe that the slabs should not sink into the ground and become overgrown with grass.

The Memorial park is located on the site of a Jewish cemetery, so even now burials are being found here...During the Great Patriotic War, the ghetto ended there, so there is a memorial to 200,000 European Jews who were brought to Minsk to die of hunger, disease and overwork, and who were buried in Maly Trostenets. There are monuments in the park: to Jewish people from 5 countries, and to our compatriots who also lived in the ghetto (by sculptor Levin). The street next to the park is named after underground activist Mikhail Gebelev, because the Jews of Minsk fought for their Homeland, and most of them did not wait for Victory. Tours are sometimes held in the park, sometimes memorial meetings, sometimes clean-up days, and delegations come to lay flowers on various memorable dates. Quiet green place in the city center

The place of memory of the victims was moved to tears. The memorials are short, but important historical facts are presented in Hebrew, German and Belarusian.
