Good afternoon! Our vacation in Emerald is coming to an end) I'll write my review of the hotel. We had a vacation in Izumrud in June of that year and this one. At first, it's dry on the facts, what has changed over the year: - We made a promenade near the hotel -The beach is now located right next to the hotel -Shower on the beach -Changing cabins on the beach -Bathroom at the beach bar -Wooden paths on the beach -Expansion of the hotel territory - The elevators are working properly Of the cons: - As if the choice of food is poorer - One day there was a dirty, muddy pool - there are a lot of children on the playground in the evening who are not staying at the hotel, especially on weekends And now from the bottom of my heart)) It is clear that the hotel is being developed and I am very pleased to observe this, which means that the owners care and the hotel has a future. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is white and crisp, the minimum cleaning is daily, towels and bed linen are changed every three days. There is animation, imperfect yes, but there is. Anyway, she liked all the master classes that the child attended in the nursery) The food is edible, and there is a large selection of entrees for lunch. It seemed to me that salads and desserts have become more scarce. The coffee machine worked without interruption throughout our vacation, and there were constant problems that year. The hotel has left us with pleasant impressions once again, if possible, we will come back again)

I bought a trip to Gagra for the whole family as a gift to my wife, my wife's anniversary, we were preparing to meet the sea, we ordered a transfer right away, they took us from the station in a comfortable car, passed customs inspection, we drove to Abkhazia quickly, the document check was about 15 minutes, the car was also checked quickly, the driver showed while driving The sights of Abkhazia and gave a brief history, it took about 20 minutes to reach the Emerald. We were well received at the hotel, the registration took about 10 minutes, and here we are in the room, the video of the room was set up, the son was filming, 2 beds and an armchair for his son, a waifai TV, a telephone, a split system, everything is comfortable, clean, all three have bathrobes, slippers, everything is made up, lived on the 2nd floor, there was no balcony, windows looked out onto the park and playground, a large swimming pool next to the hotel, my son did not get out, heated water, a huge dining room in a separate building, they fed for slaughter, everything was included, fresh fruit for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, alcohol for lunch and dinner, white wine and red, 4 types of juice for children, a large selection of tea and coffee, yoghurts. The food has a local flavor, a huge selection of sauces, oils, spices. Everything was delicious, there were additional meals between meals, ice cream, French waffles, juices, pizza, pies, pastries, tea and coffee. When we were driving, we got a little upset, the weather upset us beforehand, rains were expected for all 6 days, but lo and behold, the weather was hot and sunny all the days, but the sea received us inhospitably, cold, but we were comfortable near the pool. In the reception hall, you can immediately book an excursion for every taste from extreme to romantic, everything is cool, linen is changed every 2 days, our bathrobes were too small, we were replaced with more comfortable ones on request, soap and shampoo were laid every day when mosquitoes flew, they gave us fumitox. everything was great, my wife's anniversary was celebrated, a bottle of Abkhazian champagne and a greeting card were a great surprise from the hotel, and when the next day she was also congratulated by the hotel, we were shocked. The rest was great, everyone was tanned, and someone burned out, and by the way, there is a spa on site, a sauna, a gym, a comfortable park with tables where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening, animators worked with children at Bosain, and in the evening a children's disco and contests. in short, I can't tell you everything, you need to go there, be fascinated by the surf, the height and beauty of the mountains in gray caps, we were satisfied with everything, very friendly people and staff are all there, we want to come there again and more than once......

The hotel is beautiful. New, clean, with good service and a varied and delicious buffet. It was 10 days, daily cleaning, water is put 1.5 liters per person in the room every day, which is very convenient, you do not need to buy and carry from the store. The territory is relatively small, but very well maintained. There is a warm outdoor pool, sauna, deck chairs. The buffet was pleasant, the dishes varied, several types of meat and a large assortment of everything else. It was nice to spend time here. One disadvantage is the noisy ventilation (air conditioning) in the rooms. It is shared throughout the building, and switches itself to different modes. And it makes a lot of noise in some modes. This is a problem for all rooms, and, as we were told, nothing can be done about it. It was hard to sleep at first under such noise. Well, unlimited alcohol is a joy for many and a reason to choose this particular hotel, but not everyone knows how to stop on time and in the evenings you see a lot of drunks.
