Excellent hotel, not far from the old town. You can walk. There are also buses from the airport. The staff is very friendly, some speak Russian, some English. Nina is a pleasant receptionist, takes a responsible approach to her work, and is very friendly. The rooms are clean, fresh, and it smells delicious. The breakfasts are good, and there is a fairly extensive buffet selection. I booked through the island. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025. I was more inclined to give a 3+ rating, I'll explain why below. Breakfast: a 4-star hotel, breakfast is like a bad three, the staff explained that we arrive too late, everyone is already eating before us. Breakfast is announced from 8-11, we arrived daily at 9:30. There was even a day when the hot water for tea ran out))) In general, the breakfast is very weak, the assortment is also very small. Location: we walked to the center once, to the sulfur baths, 20-25 minutes on foot. Room; the room was upgraded to us for free upon arrival, for what reason it is not known, but it is pleasant. The room was two-room, with a balcony, overlooking the mountains and the city-the view is beautiful. The room is clean, cleaned every day. There is everything you need in the room, except for the dressing gowns. Apparently, the increase in the number affected the higher rating. I think that for the price of this hotel, you can look for something closer to the center.

A great hotel - starting from the reception desk and the restaurant area, where it's just nice to be: a kind of minimalism and Japanese maple trees in the garden, to the rooms where they clean every day and treat it with the utmost care - absolutely everything is changed, and even what could not be changed (conditionally, a piece of soap). In general, as much as I dislike hotels in general, but it is this passion that I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who works in the team - you are great fellows! If you are thinking about where to stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is definitely worth considering first of all: the historical center is nearby, the atmosphere around is the most pleasant. Gold, not a hotel!

A great hotel, in my opinion the best in the Sololaki area. Cozy rooms, daily cleaning, helpful staff. Accessibility is high, 2-3 minutes walk to the center, 5-10 minutes walk to other attractions. There are restaurants and bars nearby, but across the street and in the hotel itself it is very quiet. I would also like to mention the design of the lobby and the restaurant on the ground floor — a living green wall and trees inside add comfort.

In the morning, at the reception, they told us that they would transfer us to that room, but for an additional fee of $ 50, to my protests, they told me that they had to tell me about it and if we did not want to, we could move to the second floor in a smaller room (smaller compared to the new one). for this episode, I take off two stars and add one for extending our checkout from 12 to 17 (in apology for the flood). I saved the video of the flood for myself and from time to time I watch it and smile. I recommend this hotel. our room was 408 (the one that is flooded, there has been drowning it for a very long time). we moved to 407. The room is bigger, angular and odorless.
