A gorgeous hotel. Excellent service, very polite and attentive staff. The sauna, spa area, gym and swimming pool are a real oasis in the desert. Add to this great breakfasts - and the puzzle of the perfect holiday has developed. Plus, there are attractions within walking distance: memorial Park, Tashkent Land, exhibition complex, pilaf center... Yes, the metro station is nearby! In general, I definitely recommend it. It is suitable for both leisure and work. There is a 67 bus to the airport. Taxi - 300 rubles (350 t.sum). An exchanger with a good exchange rate right at the hotel. In general, that's all you need.

On the ground floor there is a bank exchanger, a 24-hour bar. Breakfast is included in the room rate, delicious and a wide selection of dishes.
The gym and spa (steam room, hammam, swimming pool) is open from 8.00-10.00. We were in April 2024, we liked everything.

Great room and hotel. Large bed, comfortable mattress. The bathroom is spacious, dental cleaning kits, shaving kit, cosmetic are available. Slippers, bathrobe are available. There is a mini-bar, but in my case it was empty. Upon check-in, they asked to pay a tourist fee, something in the region of 50,000 soums. There is a 1.5 meter deep swimming pool, gym, sauna. Breakfast was included. The breakfast is generally not bad. The sound permeability was at a comfortable level, the neighboring rooms were not audible. From the comments: I said in advance that I would check out at 6 a.m. The girl at the reception offered to give out a lunch box. But in fact, no food was given on the day of the eviction.

The hotel is wonderful. Price/quality. The location is very good, the metro is 2 steps away, and a taxi to any place in the city takes no more than 15 minutes. The rooms are excellent, kettle, ironer, refrigerator, full bathroom set, including toothbrush. They give you as much water as you need. The pool is open from 8 to 22, sauna, steam room—everything is free. The breakfast is more than decent. The staff is beyond praise, everyone is friendly without pretense, they really hold on to the client. I advise everyone, the hotel is gorgeous

It's a great hotel, it's not the first time I've stayed there. The rooms are spacious, both single and double. Full set of toilet sets, bathrobes are available. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is quite varied, although if you want scrambled eggs you will have to wait. Attentive staff. The pool with clean water is small, but enough to swim. The visit was related to the conference. And in the large hall, the air conditioner blows cold anywhere in the hall, the temperature is about 20, despite the fact that it was 37 outside and from this contrast + a cold stream, I think many people will now be forced to be treated. There were no changes to the request to the organizers to adjust the operation of the air conditioner.
Lunch... Well, in principle, you can eat... But it is unclear why some of the hot dishes were cold (obviously from the refrigerator), although it was on the buffet in marmites.
In general, the service is not worthy of the positioning of the level of this hotel.

Гостиница в принципе хорошая, большая, номера просторные, локация великолепная, рядом японский сад, метро и тд. Но сервис оставляет желать лучшего, номер был не до конца убран, нк пропысошен, один комплект полотенец и тапочек был, хотя бронь была на двоих, очень нерасторопные официанты на завтраке, несколько раз не дождался блюда на завтраке, т.к во время не заменили пустую тарелку на шведском столе. Ну и много таких подобных мелочей. Вроде и стараются, но не очень получается))), возможно они не знают как надо, поэтому на персонал не злимся, нужно просто чтобы менеджеры среднего звена провели обучение или их самх сперва нужно обучить. Ещё сказать по правде в ресторане готовят не вкусно((

Хороший отель, удобно для тех, кто работает или приехал на выставки (рядом центр выставочный). Завтраки хорошие, номера тихие, персонал приветливый и всегда приходит на помощь. 4,4 потому что ключ не всегда при заселении сработал, есть непонятное с лифтами (не все на все этажи ходят и не быстротразобраться) и при уборке не всегда кладут комплект всех принадлежностей (пришлось звонить на рецепшн просить палочки и мыло)

В Ташкенте были впервые, захватили майские праздники, выбирали отель с максимальным комфортом за приемлемые деньги. Превзошел все ожидания: отель имеет отличное расположение, рядом находится телевышка (открыта для посещения со смотровой площадкой), вечером она красиво подсвечивается не хуже Эйфелевой башни. Также рядом с отелем вход в большой зеленый парк и Японский садик (в начале мая еще закрыт на реконструкцию), а также станция Метро.
Отель большой, чистый, светлый, номера просторные, сантехника отличная, брендированные средства для душа.
Также хороший крытый бассейн с выходом на летнюю террасу, сауны, спортзал.
Завтраки разнообразные, все вкусно, свежие фрукты и ягоды по сезону.
Большой плюс в том, что обменник в самом отеле, круглосуточный.
Особая благодарность приветливому персоналу. С удовольствием провели 3 дня в Ташкенте и очень довольны отелем

Презентационный зал отеля очень удобный, вместительный с хорошей акустикой, демонстрационный экранами и кондиционированием. Холл впечатляет обилием зелени и фонтанами. Классные фото можно сделать на территории отеля. Банкетное меню порадовало разнообразием и оформлением!

Номера в отеле просторные, светлые, большие окна создают особую атмосферу. Уборка в номерах регулярная, можно было не беспокоиться за малыша на полу. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак по системе шведский стол. Очень внимательные официанты, всегда на месте, посуду на столах не копят. Мы были с малышом, и нам кипяток для разведения каши приносили прям к столу. Были в бассейне, немного прохладно, чисто, полотенца выдают. Отопления в номерах нет, но нам было не холодно (Мы были в новогодние каникулы), достаточно было закрыть плотными шторами окно. Но обогреватели желающим выдавали. Расположение отеля отличное, рядом станция метро Бадамзар (очень рядом), в пешей доступности телебашня, зоопарк и музей памяти жертв репрессий.

Обслуживание на высоком уровне, персонал доброжелательный, завтраки вкусные, номера оборудованы на скандинавском стиле, матрасы особенные, незимная чистота, басейн большой, сауна чистая, удобная локация.
Единственное в номерах чтобы открыть окна вам надо будет позвать персонала...

Кратко: хороший отель, отзывчивый персонал, неплохая кухня, прекрасный вид из номеров, но отель требует мелкого ремонта и обновления.
Подробнее:
1. Номера большие, с отдельной прихожей.
2. В номерах чисто, но в душевой можно было бы налёт убирать.
3. Постоянно комплектовали номер на одного, хотя бронировался на 2х. После звонка на ресепшен вопрос решался.
4. В самом отеле работал только 1 из 3 ресторанов. Сам отель требует хотя-бы косметического ремонта: разбиты лампы подсветки, часть фонтанов не работает, лифты недосчитываются кнопок и пр.
5. Окна нужно мыть чаще. Даже на фото видно.
6. Вид из всех номеров на парк и телевизионную вышку - шикарный вид как днём,так и ночью

Очень хороший отель. И комфортные номера со всём необходимым и с хорошей уборкой, и персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, и завтраки прекрасные. Включая сауну, бассейн и массаж! Единственное, что слегка повлияло на созерцание прекрасного вида из окна на парк с прудом и телебашню, переливающуюся огнями иллюминации по вечерам, - это давно не мытые окна. Но общего впечатления это не испортило.

Хорошая гостиница, тут останавливается лётный состав Turkish Airlines, как-то пришлось ждать заселения.
