A very nice and enjoyable hotel close to both the city center and the railway station in Irkutsk. Walking distance to the center and the station is about 20 minutes, but it's also easy to reach both destinations by tram number 1 in just a few minutes. Very helpful English speaking staff, everyone, the general manager, the people working at the reception and everyone else. They have a great buffet too with many different choices. I highly recommend this hotel. They helped me a lot in a difficult situation.

What we appreciate most is the suggestions she made in helping us save money. Polina is always patient in listening to our difficulties and ready to offer help. A thousand thanks to Polina.
