I have been a frequent guest at the Ararat Park Hyatt for a long time now. I absolutely love the hotel’s atmosphere and the high standard of service, but what impresses me the most is how incredibly well the restaurant staff remembers guest preferences. A year ago, during one of my stays, I shared my personal recipe for brewing tea. I was deeply surprised and touched when I checked in this year and a staff member named Aslidin remembered that exact recipe and brought the tea directly to me. There is also excellent communication between the hotel’s dining venues. The very next morning at breakfast, I was served drinks tailored precisely to my tastes without even having to ask. Additionally, I highly appreciated the flawless service provided by Komer. Experiencing this level of genuine care and attention to detail makes me want to return to this place over and over again. Thank you so much!
