However, the service from the administrator spoiled the whole impression. At the entrance, we were offered coffee and the number of servings was specified. At that time, we were the only visitors in the salon, there was no workload. Despite this, after 25 minutes of waiting, the drinks were not served. Instead of serving the guests, the receptionist just went to the couch to watch videos on her phone. I ask the management to pay attention to the standards of service and the work of the reception staff.
