The hotel is clean, the bed and the dishes. But the food is a TERRIBLE DISGUSTING kitchen if you and your children are going there.I definitely do not recommend it. We ordered pizza, brought baking soda dough and vanyuchy cheese to the room, Took 2 rooms with children until 5:00 in the morning, they did not let us sleep, as they explained, the elevator was repaired. There are working hours for repairs.At the reception, the girl was sitting and answering with a face like we owe her something, making a face . It's not easy to recruit clients, but to lose them instantly. We won't come here again. I DON't RECOMMEND it.

We really liked the hotel, we will recommend it to our friends. It was important for us to have a playground for children, because we travel with young children and there is not enough entertainment in the village. There's a huge game room here, the whole basement floor! The children were very happy! The hotel has its own territory, which is also a plus. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center, near a shop, ATM, restaurants. The renovation is quite fresh in the hotel, everything is intact in the room, everything is working, the plumbing is in order. The maids are smart, everything is clean, there is nothing to complain about, which is rare) the hotel has a large nice clean pool, we recommend visiting, depth 150-160. There is no children's pool. They serve national cuisine, sometimes they come across something very specific, the buffet was small, there were few people in the hotel. Special thanks to the hotel staff, we tried to satisfy any requests so that our stay would be comfortable. I hope that we will come back here again.

There was a Do Not disturb sign on the door in the morning and afternoon — I put it up on purpose because I didn't want cleaning and wanted to rest in peace. But around 4 p.m., the employee knocked on the door anyway and asked if he could come in. If the Do Not Disturb sign is clearly on the door, then why knock and disturb the guest? And if a person is asleep at this time? A separate issue is the condition of the pillow. There is a noticeable stain/contamination on it, as seen in the photo. I was told that it was "not dirt, but something with a cloth." But, to be honest, as a guest, it doesn't matter at all why there is such a stain on the pillow. If the item looks dirty and is in the room, it must be replaced or restored to normal condition. Another big disadvantage is the TVs in the rooms. It feels like they were left somewhere in the early 2000s. The TV is old, there are only a few Armenian channels available, and that's it. It's 2026, and it looks very strange for a modern hotel. There's practically nothing to watch in the evening. This is especially inconvenient if you are traveling with a child: the child cannot turn on cartoons in his usual English language in order to watch them calmly before going to bed. At the same time, I would like to mention the good sides. The children's play area for the hotel is very good, there is a free swimming pool and a cinema room, which is a big plus. Overall cleanliness is also fine. There is also an interesting idea for the development of the territory: on the roof of the parking lot, it would be possible to organize a good sports and play area for children and adults, for example, a small football field and a basketball court. Now this space looks abandoned, although it could be very well used and made another great advantage of the hotel. Otherwise, everything is fine. The hotel is quite good for its price, so in general I can recommend it. If you correct some of these little things, the experience of living would be much better.

We have stayed at the Russia hotel many times over the past 10 years, now the level is not what it used to be, but it has become more expensive. The food has become disgusting, rubber/plastic scrambled eggs in the morning, not fresh bread. I don't even want to list them. Guys, come down from heaven, with such food you are not even a 3* sanatorium. Kind staff. Nice rooms and interior. I do not advise those who like to eat normally.

For the second time in Tsakhkadzor. And the first one, in this hotel. Like it. The staff is very helpful, the room cleaning is constant. Not a bad kitchen. There is live music on all evenings on weekends. And, of course, a nice warm pool.👍 I also want to mention the Game Room. There is a place to entertain children. Recommend 👍
