Rooms for every taste. Both more expensive and cheaper. The people are good. There are facilities. There is a kitchen and dishes. There Is A Bus Station Nearby. There are many shops. There is a market nearby. Cafe. Good in one word. I liked.

The photo does not convey the scarcity of space that actually awaits you. And of course, everything looks better immediately after the repair. There is a noisy street with trolleybuses outside the window. For this money, you can find it further from the train station but closer to the center. I do not recommend it.
