We rested at the Fun&Sun Smart Hane Sun 5* hotel from May 13 to 22. The following people liked the hotel:
- nice family rooms;
- good food with plenty of choice (I was especially delighted with sweets);
- pleasant and well-maintained territory of the hotel;
- responsive staff (I would like to mention Elena, the hotel's guest relations manager, for her help, responsiveness and high competence);
- interesting evening programs;
- availability of shops and pharmacies nearby;
- delicious and light beer of Troy, which I already missed when I returned home))
What the hotel lacked:
- There are more ripe fruits on the menu, because the same nectarines were still somewhat greenish. But maybe, of course, it just wasn't the season yet.;
- A larger selection of beers (there were only 3 types, 2 of which are poured only in a bar that does not work all day. All three types are lagers);
- Longer and more varied work of animators with children, especially in the evening;
- Still, it would be a significant advantage if the hotel was located directly on the first line, because the bus, which very often ran between the beach and the hotel, is still not as convenient as leaving the hotel and standing in the sea a minute later) Although the driver has a separate respect - an extremely pleasant and friendly person. However, I consciously went for the option with the second line, because the beach here is very flat and sandy, which was extremely important to me, since I was traveling with a small child.
For the first time I came back from vacation with the feeling that I was not tired of resting and would easily immediately return back to the sea for another 30 days))

- A great opportunity to visit this hotel! I'll write right away, the hotel is small, the territory is also small, but it's just right for me, because I'm more for active recreation and for the most part went outside the hotel.
- First, about the disadvantages:
There was a weak animation, because it was out of season and I was warned about it, so the cons ended there!
- For the rest:
The rooms are very clean, tidy, and bright.
Cleaning was always done when you put up a sign asking for cleaning. Everything was working normally, no breakdowns. No insects, cobwebs and other things were found. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception.
- The food was excellent:
There was a wide variety of dishes! (Which is important).
Soups, side dishes, second course, salads were of different types and a lot. You walk into the dining room and your eyes run away, especially when you want to try everything. There is also a menu of proper nutrition, without sweet salt. So the food is designed for a large audience.
- Alcohol
Local beer Troy, local wine (red, white) vodka and liqueurs. You can safely drink everything, your head doesn't hurt.
I didn't get to the signature cocktails because of the off-season, but I don't really drink them.
-Swimming pool:
The pool is always clean and fresh. There are enough sun loungers by the pool, come and fall at any time.
- The sea:
7 minutes at a leisurely pace from the hotel, there is also a minibus from the hotel every 10 minutes. The beach area is clean, the beach is sandy.
The beach from the hotel has its own dining room where you can also have a snack, lunch and drink any drinks.
Be sure to go for a massage at the Umut and the hammam at the hotel upon arrival, there are magical massage therapists. With my office sedentary job, I just came alive.
In general, I have told you everything about the main thing.
The hotel is more family-run, there are a lot of Germans, very few Russian-speaking guests.

This is a great hotel! A small cozy area. Food for slaughter, everything is very diverse. There is a Toucan children's club with Russian-speaking animators on site. There is a new program every day. A 10-minute walk to the beach along a quiet green street. The beach is clean, sandy, the sea is gorgeous, shallow, calm. I liked everything very much!

Everything is wonderful! A cozy hotel, animation for children and adults, kitchen, staff who are always nearby and not visible.

We rested at the Hane sun elite hotel in June with a family and a child (not to be confused with Smart hane sun, everything is mixed up in the reviews here, I see from the photo that some of the reviews are about another hotel). The hotel has recently been renovated, everything is new, fresh, we had a room for three, the area is small, but the furniture is all new. The air conditioner was working properly. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. The distance to the sea is exactly 1 km by road. Sometimes we walked (12 minutes), but more often we took a shuttle (the bus runs every 10-15 minutes). The beach is large, there have always been enough sun beds, new sun beds, large awnings from the sun (more convenient than umbrellas), cleanliness is monitored. There are 2 bars on the beach: drinks (beer and soft drinks) in one, and a full lunch in the other (higher). They also make gozleme tortillas and give out ice cream. There are showers, toilets, changing rooms on the beach. We are satisfied with the food at the hotel, a huge selection, everything is delicious. Every day there are several types of fish, sometimes there were seafood. Meat is also different. Every evening there is a children's disco and then some kind of show for adults. There was some animation during the day, too, but we didn't participate. We skated down the slides, swam in the pool, and did not catch any infections. The staff is trying hard, there are Russian-speaking employees. It seemed to us that about half of all Russian tourists were in the hotel. In general, we liked the hotel.

Территория небольшая, еда однообразная, но всегда есть перекус:лепешки, пончики, мороженое. Отель чистый, в номерах убрано. Всё убирается своевременно. Персонал доброжелателен, не разделяет немцев и русских, турок и поляков... (давно такого не встречала!) Бармены не заискивают. Отлично работают аниматоры, работает детский клуб Тукан (кто с детьми, сразу отправляйте детей туда, мы поздно спохватились) Ежедневные детские и взрослые мероприятия, как днём, так и вечером! Круглосуточно работает лофт-бар, с алкоголем бесплатным и платным. Ежедневный аля-карт. Вообще, мне понравилось. И, конечно, огромная благодарность руководству отеля, ежедневно был на пляже, в ресторане и на пляже... Кстати, автобус ходит на пляж каждые 10 мин., поэтому расстояние как то не чувствовалось. Пешком тоже недалеко, в рамках прогулки.
Единственный минус - удаленность от магазинов...
Рекомендую отель к отдыху.

Not a bad hotel, but not a 5* for sure. 4*confident. It's a long walk to the sea in 10-12 minutes. There is a shuttle running , but it broke down several times. The food is good, you will not stay hungry. One big BUT!!! The room has not been cleaned for 6 days!!! After several visits to the reception, the case got off the ground. Maybe we were so unlucky with the maid, I don't know. 3 slides for children , a children's club up to 12 years old, the child was satisfied. It's a mess on the beach, everything from this hotel is lying on the sun loungers, it doesn't matter, no one is watching this. We are generally satisfied, but we will not go there anymore.

Cons: this hotel positions itself as a 5* according to the UAI system. However, 5* should have two functioning pools, one of which should be indoor. There is an indoor pool, but it is not functioning, which means level 3*. UAI means a 24-hour bar, at least one. The reception has such a bar, but it works until 0:00, despite the 24 hours stated in the concept. At 4:30 in the morning, the Islamic prayer begins, apparently it is customary for Muslims. Even with a closed balcony, it is impossible to sleep, prayer lasts about 40 minutes through the speakers. Russian russians have different bracelets on their hands, Germans have others, Poles have others, etc. When you go to any bar for strong alcohol, then if you have a Russian bracelet, they will give you the cheapest low-quality swill, the Germans do not pour it. That is, separate bottles of alcohol for Russians and for others.
Positive:the food is delicious, the beer is also normal. The sea is warm and clean, the sauna is a hammam for free! Transport to the beach every 15 minutes. Cocktails are made for free. Clean and comfortable.

To my question, why are the people who arrived later than us already settled and we haven't yet, all this time we were sitting near the reception, we didn't even have the strength to go to the pool, they told me that the room had been ready for a long time, but we didn't see you, personally I was sitting 3 meters away from the administrator. Well, the first day was hard for us 4 hours to Kazan, 5 hours on the plane and only by 14 check-in with 3 children 10.8 and 2 years old. On day 2, everything settled down. As I said, the hotel is not big. 1 large swimming pool, 1 for children and 1 with slides. We are used to large territories to walk around, but you can't really walk around the territory here, so we walk outside the territory where there is a bazaar. The food is very tasty and varied. The bus goes to the sea in 3 minutes and is already on the beach, 10 minutes on foot. Although it is written that the bus goes every 10 minutes, in fact every 5 minutes, the minus is that the last bus leaves the beach at 18-00 and this is very inconvenient, because I would like to be on the beach until 19, which in principle we did. We did not have cleaning for 3 days, respectively, and the garbage was not taken out and the floors were not washed (we did it ourselves) in the morning at 8 we went to the sea, and cleaning from 9-30 and we came by 11. I think an hour and a half for cleaning is quite enough. Even one day, my husband picked up the cleaners and asked them to clean our room, and we would leave for an hour and a half on purpose, and even after that we didn't do anything. I explain that at 12 the youngest has a quiet hour. Of course they came to do the cleaning, but they came at a quiet hour. Accordingly, no one cleaned anything. After talking at the reception, we came to the decision that they would clean from 9-30 to 11, but apparently the different shifts were not all informing, they cleaned properly for 3 days in this period of time, and on the 4th day they came back to 12. According to the room, we had a Family room with two rooms. The children's room is small about 8 sq.m., but it is quite enough for sleeping (two beds, air conditioning, TV and a table), but the second room is about 17-18 sq.m. But we only come to the room to sleep. But the evening animation suffers, it wasn't always interesting. There is also a children's club "Toucan", in principle, that's why we chose this hotel, adult animation is lame, but the children's is on top. We were at another Fun&sun hotel in Belek, we liked it very much, and the Toucan club and the animators decided to go to their hotel this time, but in a different place. Although the hotel is stated to be 5, I would say a solid 4. Overall, I am satisfied with the rest. And if you walk along the beach and hotels, you can feed the turtles, the children were delighted with the turtles.

Отель супер, ребята аниматоры молодцы, красавчики, уборка номеров каждый день, все чисто и аккуратно, питание не скажу что прям вау, но не плохо, ужин да, супер, рыба курица говядина на углях постоянно, короче вкусно, пляж и море бесподобное под песок море чистое заход песок, честно говоря для детей ну и вообще такое море такой пляж 🌊☀ это кайф, от отеля до моря ходит шатл , но мы ходили пешком, так как от отеля дети не больше 7-10минут неспеша, я вот реально рекомендую этот отель , плюс Елена на ресепшн русско говорящая девушка, очень дружелюбная и всегда рада помочь , вот ей отдельно хочется сказать спасибо🙏💕

I had a rest for two years in a row, I really like everything, the rooms are new after renovation,if there are any problems, they are quickly solved, the kitchen is beyond praise, everything is very high quality and delicious. The staff is qualified and positive, especially Elena. The sea is wonderful, the entrance is sandy. Отдыхала в июле, в связи с повышением цен эта была самая бюджетная пятерка, но все равно дорого. Территория небольшая, только то, что вы видите на главном фото. На русском разговаривают только девушки на рецепции.
Не понравилась система с коктейлями, которые дают только по тем у кого браслеты ультра все включено, так как я покупала на букинге, там не было варианта ual, и по прибытию я даже не подозревала, что такое может быть. Но как бы мне не сильно принципиально, так как практически не пью.
Ребенку в принципе было весело, но из развлечений только дартс. Тукан клуб вечно устраивал какие-то вялотекущие мероприятия, которые интересны только деткам дошкольного возраста. Дети от 8 лет с них убегали.
Питание "ничего особенного". Есть что найти поесть. Часто салаты "с душком".
Комнаты малюсенькие, не представляю как в них проживают по четыре человека.
При мне ругались при заселении, что фото номера не соответствует реальности.
В общем ещё раз в этот отель я бы не поехала. Возможно, это ещё и потому, что свежи воспоминания о суперских пятерках за эти же деньги.

Супер отель. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Море шикарно, пляж чистый, песочный. Питание это отдельная тема. Такого разнообразия я давно не видела. Всё очень и очень вкусно. Всегда свежее. Барбекю, гриль, рыба, даже Красную давали. Оборка номера "хромает", но как узнали, это нам так не повезло именно с уборщицей. Анимация не айс, днём она только у басика, на море кроме воллейбола ничего. Раз в неделю пенная вечеринка в басике, 1 раз было караоке, 1 раз лото, турецкая ночь. В целом рекомендую! Вернулась бы ещё раз? Да! До моря ходит автобус 2 мин, автобус без окон, едешь с ветерком, водитель очень любит детей, очень доброжелательный. Автобус ходит каждые 10 мин с утра до вечера

Очень уютно и компактно. Отель небольшой, но есть всё! Питание и напитки всякие разные круглосуточно. Всё чистенько, персонал дружелюбный, но по русски мало кто говорит. Учите английский. :) До моря недалеко, автобус каждые 10 минут, пешком 15 минут.

С удовольствием отдохнули в этом отеле в октябре 2022 года. Персонал на высоте, все приятные, улыбчивые. На ресепшн приятная русская девушка Елена. К еде притензий нет, всё разнообразно. Жаль только, что нет морепродуктов.
Море, это что-то!! Пляж чистый, вода прозрачная, берег песок, вход в воду пологий.
Рядом с отелем, в ста метрах, есть базар, где можно приобрести всё необходимое. Если нужен большой базар, то при выходе с отеля поверните на право и минут 10 пешком до ооочень большого базара.
Единственное что не понравилось, это уборка. Видимо без чаевых они совсем убираться не хотят, но мы принципиально сразу чаевые не даём, а смотрим как убираются. Через четыре дня я не выдержала и пошла с жалобой на ресепшн, когда они вообще в номере не убрались, даже не зашли полотенца поменять. В ванной комнате есть шампунь, гель для душа, мыло в брикетах, одноразовые шапочки, ватные диски, пилочка для ногтей и расчестка.Правда нам гель для душа дали после жалобы . Халатов не дают. Тапочки если попросите, то дадут..
Отель стоит не на первой линии, но с утра и до шести вечера ходит автобус каждые 10минут, так что это даже не заметно. Автобус привозит вас на пляжное кафе, а оттуда уже на пляж идёте ещё метров сто. В кафе из алкоголя только пиво. Там можно полноценно покушать, чтобы не уходить с пляжа в отель.
Если прогуляетесь по променаду, то выйдете к мосту, а в реке большие черепахи. Но надо идти рано утром,потом их не будет. Они любят кушать яйца

Хороший отель. Твёрдая 4. Есть отдельный пивной бар. Иногда на ужин морепродукты. Даже были турецкие роллы (не очень). Отличная детская анимация. До моря ездит автобус. Пешком идти далековато. Бар на море тоже далековато от самого пляжа. Номера в нескольких корпусах. Поначалу можно заблудиться.

Отель ориентирован на европейцев. ( отдыхали 31.08-08.09.2023 гг) Кухня слабая, но вкусная, еды достаточно. Фруктов очень мало, разнообразие еды слабая. Напитки и бар просто кошмар: алкоголь только местный и очень низкого качества, коктейлей нет, Соки порошковые. Пляж в 10-15 минут ходьбы , ездит автобус каждые 10 мин. бара на пляже нет, нужно идти пешком до него.

We got to this hotel by accident, we were moved upon arrival from HANE SUN ELITE. The tour operator did not notify about the closure of the hotel for the winter season, and settled in the next one at Fun&Sun. I didn't know or read anything about this hotel, it was a surprise.
They gave a room with a bunk bed and a balcony (2 rooms + 1 reb) the location and the room itself are good. Soap bottles were replenished regularly. Everything is delicious and varied in terms of nutrition. I was very pleased with the coffee shop, coffee from the vending machine, coffee from Turkey, freshly ground coffee and desserts. there was also a pool bar, ice cream was given, delicious donuts, chips in the evening, popcorn, there was a beer bar. Because the hotel was also finalizing the season, there was no animation (but we don't need it). The territory of the hotel is quite small. cats were infuriating, they shit in all the vases that are at the bar at the tables! the pool is cool in November. The sea is super. there is a promenade by the sea. the shuttle goes to the sea all the time, walk for 7 minutes (I spotted it). Overall, I really liked it.

На мой субъективный взгляд отель вытягивает свои 5 звёзд. Вторая линия. Постоянно курсирующий автобус (каждые 5 минут)от пляжа обратно в отель. Кухня вкусная и разнообразная. 4х разовое питание. Несколько зон кухонь, столовых, ресторана. Кебаб зона. Так же отличный бассейн с горами. Есть детский клуб тукан. А это лепка, рисование, плетение, танцы и многое другое. Так что Вашему чаду скучать не придётся. Так же есть шоу программы для взрослых. Кстати о взрослых есть турецкое пиво, есть немецкое , куча коктейлей на любой вкус и цвет. Кальяна зона. Номера.- просто, чисто , уютно. Есть балконы. По контингету полный раскардаж. Но преобладают русские и немцы. О! Ещё о пляже. Отдельная зона с шизлонгами и навесами плюс кафе от отеля с кухней и напитками. Вообщем все на уровне и все достойно. Рекомендую!!!!!
Ps совсем забыл про хамам на территории отеля и спорт комплекс.

It was in 2022. The second line is close to the sea and the bus runs every 15 minutes. There is a nice bar on the beach with drinks and snacks. The beach is sandy and not deep. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a slide for children. The rooms are clean, not killed. A wide variety of food and sweets, you will not be hungry. Contests and games are held for children and adults. I was satisfied with the rest.

The hotel is certainly not 5, I don't want to repeat myself, but I will write that the sea is the best or one of the best beaches in Side, I know what to compare with. The food is simple, but you won't be hungry. Of the big disadvantages, we lived in a family room and the smell of sewage was always present, and in the morning, when we went to the toilet room, it generally knocked us down. We applied to the reception, came, did something, but nothing helped. I bought a ticket in September a week before departure and as the euro rose, the price was high. Of course, this hotel is not worth the money, but if you remove the smell of sewage and clean the rooms better, then the hotel will be a good budget 4+.

The staff is polite, the winter concept starts from 01.11, and the hotel closes on 14.11, nevertheless selling rooms to the hotel until the last day, then everyone is moved to other hotels upon arrival), so those who like a November vacation do not recommend this hotel. In general, it is tolerable for the winter concept. The hotel is 3-4* no more. The sea and the beach are very clean, the shuttle to the beach is really every 10 minutes. The rooms are cleaned daily and efficiently. The kitchen is generally acceptable, but monotonous almost every day.

Прекрасное море, песчаный пляж, вдоль пляжа променад, чистый отель без затей с дружелюбным персоналом, можно вкусно поесть в течение всего дня, что еще надо человеку чтобы …?
