I am a citizen of Belarus, I officially work in Kazakhstan, I decided to buy dollars, and they tell me, "I'm sorry, but the bank's policy is that we do not sell currency to Russians and Belarusians," What kind of policy is this that infringes on the rights of citizens of another country who, please note, pay taxes in Kazakhstan...It was very unpleasant to hear that....
