As a whole, you can live normally for a while. Well, as usual for all small-town establishments, there are nuances here. The commandant's wife is responsible for everything. They will write you a check on the 3rd floor, then you stomp into another building (a sports complex) where there is a ticket office and there you receive a check with which you stomp back to the 3rd floor.

Fortunately, we were in a car and were able to wait out the bad weather in it. And if people don't have cars, then it's not clear where to go.
