I booked a 4-day (5 nights) tour through the Aquarida Tour travel company in Almaty, which I recommend. Flight and transportation: I came with my wife and our 3-year-old twin sons. Since children can't even sit in the car for 30 minutes, we only needed a direct flight. We flew from Astana to Tamchi Airport on a direct FlyArystan flight, and then took a 20-30-minute Yandex taxi.It was very convenient to travel with FlyArystan, with two suitcases and a backpack with children. Payment: I didn't use cash at all; it's very convenient to pay with a Caspi code. Location and safety notes Registration and number: We checked into the lobby and got a room on the 5th floor of the 1st building. The room has been renovated, not bad, but it would be better to consult with specialists to increase the number of outlets and bring it in line with international hotel standards. Entertainment, treatments and family vacations Family vacation: My children swam in the lake, played on the beach, rode a boat and went to the pool. Both the kids and I are well tanned. Staff and treatment: The staff, doctors and nurses are very polite. I've had leeches, acupuncture, and electrotherapy for back pain. The overall impression: It was a quiet, ideal and inexpensive family vacation, without noisy nightclubs and loud music, exactly what I was looking for. I went to the 5th building for two years in a row. There were nice rooms, TV, large halls. The package included meals, medical treatment and accommodation. In 2025, the building was handed over to foreign students and everything fell into disrepair. The food is terrible, the rooms have collapsed beds with thin mattresses. Treatment is not included in the package, and the promised 550 soms for 5 procedures is a complete deception. The windows are dirty, the refrigerator won't close, and the floor has been painted along with the trash. The only advantage is the excellent treatment, the lake and the nature. I don't recommend going to the 5th building anymore. There are excellent mini-hotels, inns and apartments nearby.

We had a family vacation from 17-27/07 in the 5th building. We have booked a suite (12200 per day)!!! I'll clarify that you booked through Aksai tour (disgusting boors) which promised us a great view and a room . The room is dirty , the USSR is just resting , there is no TV, there was no hot water, words can no longer convey ((I started to get indignant to demand a refund that I would find another place, and we like to go look for money irrevocable because it 's the season . The room is cleaned every 3 days , the garbage is taken out on demand , the toilet paper is wooden , there is no soap (we bought everything ourselves) the bed is changed every 5 days (old washed linen). The dining room is a different story . People are launched as in a camp (also belatedly, everyone is standing and waiting for them to be fed) you are assigned a table number and there is a pot of cold soup and an aluminum kettle, the plates are sticky, the glasses are cracked. On the second , they bring boiled something . As a result, we also ate in cafes . The beach is dirty , cigarettes , no one cleans up the corn , umbrellas are paid , there are basically no sun beds .later we found out that the buildings were leased to Pakistanis for the summer and no one would renovate them. Treatment is for a fee (payment via a terminal that issues change to a Kyrgyz phone number and each payment is 5 Soms, but it does not accept pennies)) In general, do not try to go there for lost money and nerves . The toilet on the beach is 15 som , dirty horror , the paper is still 15 som and the door won 't close , you want to cover more money . We bought a tour to the Ak Bermet spring for 800 c, and they brought us to the Thermal Bath, which costs 600 c (in general, they try to snatch money from you everywhere and cheat you) One plus is that the Kyrgyz people themselves speak Russian well without an accent, they try their best))

Excellent sanatorium! We had a family vacation for 12 days and we really liked everything! The prices for the ticket are very affordable, for three of us in a two-room suite with meals, treatment and accommodation cost only 35600 per person! Meals are served three times a day, they are cooked like in a sanatorium! We had enough, we ate enough! The treatment is excellent, the mud clinic is just super! And of course Lake Issyk-Kul itself is just a pearl in the mountains! Sandy beaches, sandy bottom, clear and transparent water, comfortable temperature for the end of August!

I came to Kyrgyzstan to Issyk-Kul for the first time. I chose a sanatorium based on reviews. I don't understand the reasons for the delightful reviews. The sanatorium has been in need of repair for a long time. There are old tiles with mold on the walls in the pool, it's time to replace the plumbing equipment in the showers. The medical part of the voucher also leaves much to be desired. We spent more time in the corridor, in the queue, and not on procedures. We rested for two weeks, of which only in the second week dirt appeared for medical procedures. Judgment food. A teapot with one tea bag is offered on the table for four people. There were soups, noodles, rice, pilaf a couple of times, dumplings once, stewed pepper. There is practically no meat. Pilaf is sprinkled with finely chopped meat, purely for the smell. There was chicken, always stewed and not very tasty. A couple of times mashed potatoes, but it is impossible to eat it, absolutely not edible, Watery and tasteless. The pastries are delicious, buns, cookies-and that's it! We went with a 2-year-old child, specially took a two-room suite. The room is renovated, this is an undoubted plus, but there are so many small shoals left that you are just surprised. There are traces of grout on the tile, inscriptions with a marker, in some places the protective film has not been removed from the plastic doors, the windows are dirty. There are no shelves for placing toiletries. BUT, there was a hair dryer, although we were warned that we needed to take it with us and we brought our own. Shampoo, soap, everything was brought with them. There is a dryer on the balcony. On the fourth day, they washed the floor themselves, there was no cleaning. A week later they asked to change the bed. The next week, the cleaning consisted of a wiped floor, the plumbing and the bathroom were not washed. There is a cinema where films were shown in Russian and Kyrgyz. The cost is 200som, it could be done for free or purely symbolically. We didn't go. Discos were held in the evening in front of the fifth building. Dancing. This is almost all entertainment. We ordered the excursions ourselves. The territory also requires maintenance. Roses are wonderful, thuja, pine, spruce-beautiful! The paint on the benches has already peeled off... In general, the sanatorium is like a homeless person. Not well maintained. The lake, the mountains, the air are beautiful! Will we come back again? I don't know. Maybe not to this sanatorium. ... The treatment is average, there is no nutrition.. they didn't see much comfort either.

During the week of stay, the room was cleaned only once - they smeared a damp cloth on the floor. The bathroom, if you can call it that, was not cleaned at all. It seems that repairs have not been done since the time of the Soviet Union. Everything is shabby, there are dirty wallpaper patches on the walls, there is not even an elementary rug on the wooden floor. The sockets are "dancing". A refrigerator without a single shelf. In the closet, there are three child-sized hangers for two people, one upper shelf. The "bathroom" room is a separate story. The bathroom is combined. There is no bathroom curtain and when you take a shower, there is water everywhere. There is no tray under the shower, the drain holes are in the floor, but since the floor is curved, the water does not really go away and puddles gather around. The water had to be cleaned with a cloth. Canteen. The food is fine, as in a regular canteen, but again the question is about cleanliness. A lot of chipped dishes. Tables are not properly wiped. Once unwashed forks were laid out for three of the four people at the table. I can't say anything about the treatment, because I decided it was better to go on excursions than to sit in queues for half a day. But I heard from the guests that the treatment and procedures are very good.

The price for such a room is cheaper than in the sanatoriums of Kazakhstan. The food in the sanatorium is quite normal, but like everything, it gets boring after a week of arrival. It's not a problem. There are many cafes with Oriental and European cuisine outside the gate. The territory is clean, the paths have recently been updated, boutiques and cafes have been opened so as not to leave the gate. If you are a positive person, you will like a lot of things. We lived in building 5. The feeling that nothing has changed. We took another "superior" room. In principle, we didn't spend much time in the room, as we went to the beach and took a walk. The building was built in Soviet times, it is clear that the rooms are very small. We were ready for this. And you can close your eyes to everything except beds and mattresses. It seems that the mattresses are 40 years old. We asked to change the mattresses. We were assured that everything would be done on the same day, but we did not wait for the shift. The rooms are practically not cleaned, towels are not changed, there are no shelves in the bathroom, soap and shampoo are also not allowed. And I want to show a few nuances in the photo: a sink on one side- a mirror on the other; a shower in one place - a towel rack in another, a bedside rug for some reason at the door, and not near the bed; a dryer on the balcony is wired to the railing because it is broken ... but otherwise, a beautiful Marquise, It's okay, it's okay!

The Kyrgyz, who repaired a huge number of buildings in Moscow, could not improve their sanatorium in an elementary way. The paths throughout the sanatorium are paved with concrete tiles. In places, this tile sticks up. In front of me, a Kyrgyz grandmother stumbled over such a ledge and crashed with all her might. He barely lifted her up. And there was nothing to do - just take a wooden or rubber mallet and level the tile. That is, you need to look at your feet.. The food in the dining room is quite normal. Again, this is not an all-inclusive Turkish hotel, but a sanatorium. Even in comparison with the sanatoriums of the Crimea, it seemed to me that the food was better and more diverse. Well done. For me, the biggest disadvantage was that smoking is allowed everywhere there. More precisely, it is allowed in certain places, but smoking is everywhere. It's useless to complain. Even at night, the neighbors smoke on the balcony and the smoke penetrates into the neighboring rooms. It is impossible to sleep. And the smoking guests don't give a damn about the fact that there are a lot of non-smokers around. In short, this is the main reason that I will never return to this sanatorium. All the advantages and positive aspects are crossed out by the ubiquitous tobacco smoke.. The lake is beautiful, the beach is big, there is enough entertainment.
