My wife and I chose an airline for a vacation in Georgia. We chose between Azimuth and Georgian Airlines. The latter were more expensive by 5,000 rubles, but we wanted to fly comfortably and reliably, so we studied the reviews. The statistics of delays of both companies showed that Georgian Airlines had better indicators, they were chosen. They regretted it.
The flight from Moscow on 06.11.24 was delayed for 45 minutes, but that's half the trouble. The return flight on 12.11.24 was delayed for more than 2 hours. At the same time, a delay of 1 hour was written on the scoreboard. Considering that the flight is 23:30, the delay of 2.5 hours is very significant. After an hour of delay, we were launched into the plane and kept there for almost 1.5 hours, without explaining why we were standing when we flew, what happened. We have repeatedly asked to turn on at least the air conditioner so that the children can breathe normally. They didn't turn it on. They didn't explain it. We were sitting in a stuffy place, many people felt bad. Then it turned out that another plane from Italy was waiting, on which there were several passengers who were supposed to fly with us. Allegedly, their plane broke down and was late due to the fact that they were provided with another plane late. We learned from other passengers, the airline did not explain anything, and did not even apologize. There was no water in the toilet 20 minutes after takeoff to wash your hands. They gave me a dry rubber sandwich to eat, which made me feel sick (nothing is better than this). The flight attendants were nervous and defiant. In general, try not to use the services of this airline. If you have something to choose, choose something else. In any case, it will be better than theirs.
We flew from Munich to Moscow on 04.08
We arrived in Munich 2.5 hours before departure. There was a huge queue for registration, but no one was in a hurry. We were checked in a little less than an hour before departure, and after us there were still people in line. Everyone was very nervous - no one explained anything. Then everyone ran and asked to be let through at passport control - additional stress. As a result, we took off an hour later. The plane was very old, the landing gear wheel was changed after arrival
At Tbilisi airport, the luggage was inspected (there is a sticker about it on the suitcase) - a suitcase with an open lock arrived - everything inside is turned upside down. It is very unpleasant that someone rummaged through all things like that (now they scan things at all airports and if anything, call a passenger separately). Our things seem to be in place, but cash rubles were stolen from a friend's suitcase (they were in a cosmetic bag - so everything was also opened). Then I read reviews of how other people's things were stolen when flying with this airline (it's good that I didn't read them before the flight)
And plus, they feed very modestly (for a 5-hour flight - one small sandwich and water)
If it is possible not to fly with this airline, do not fly

It's not the first time we've flown. Everything is at the level of👍 Ticket prices, friendliness, check-in and baggage collection. Takeoffs and landings are very soft, you can feel the real professionalism of the pilots!
