We went to the base expecting to rest, but we were disappointed. Mud on the beach, a broken lock in the bathroom, an air conditioner that doesn't work — and this is in the midst of the heat. It feels like no one has been watching the territory for a long time. Money is wasted. I am only pleased with the polite and friendly staff!

The recreation center is good, the territory is clean, the manager Gulnara is a very pleasant woman, she will always help if you contact her. We rested in a room of the "camfort" category, the room is not bad, towels are changed every day, on request. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The beach is on the territory of the recreation center. It's small, but there are rescuers on duty. I think this is a big plus. Great pool, lots of shizlong. The waiters also serve the pool area. In general, the impression was good, we had a great rest. Special thanks for the "fire show". Great performance by two fragile girls! Very beautiful!

The place is not bad, stylish and cozy, but there is no service! There are no basic bedside tables and cupboards in the rooms. There is only a table and a wardrobe in which there are no hangers. What is the administration thinking about?! Who might need a wardrobe on vacation in the summer?! And why don't they give out slippers in the rooms? After a day, the room gets dirty, but you won't wait for the cleaner until you call her yourself. She will wash the floors, and she will not think to throw out the garbage, even if there is a garbage bag next to a full trash can. And the kitchen is generally a separate story! The assortment is meager and tasteless. For three days, the same thing was brought to us for breakfast. The waiters will also not think to bring salt, pepper, toothpicks, napkins and even sugar for tea will not be offered! And the dishes have to wait 40 minutes. In general, we will not go there anymore.

The restaurant is a separate topic, almost everything is on the menu, in fact not, maybe they don't have transport to go grocery shopping, or then I don't understand what the trick is and why serve the menu if there is nothing. The service of the entire hotel including resto super is very terrible. The only thing I liked was the beautiful sea view, the pool and the coffee at the bar is excellent. Everything else leaves much to be desired. Guys, if you take such a lot of money for accommodation and everything else, then please match the cleanliness and service or do not work At All, than so!!! More there, not a foot and I do not advise anyone if you want to spend 150 thousand tenge for 3 days for accommodation and 100 thousand tenge for the food and services of this hotel, it is better to add the same amount and relax for a week abroad, it will give you much more pleasure and you will save yourself nerves without wasting time on this terrible place!

We stayed in VIP cabins for the weekend. It felt like no one had lived there for a long time before us. There's dirt, spiders, and old furniture all around. The door to the toilet immediately slammed shut, it was impossible to get there, they asked the master, he came only 2 hours later. The lights did not work near the houses and on the veranda. We also waited a long time for the masters. There is no phone in the rooms to call the reception for problems, you have to go to them every time through the entire hotel. They gave out one towel for everyone - and it doesn't matter that you go to the shower and to the pool with him. The pool is dirty, it is not closed at night for chlorination and cleaning of fallen branches and hair. After.18,:00 you can't get to the beach, they just block the passage. The service at the pool, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are just disgusting. The waiters are standing in a crowd and talking to each other, not reacting to you. You go for the menu yourself, after about 15 minutes, when you realize that no one will fit. Dirty tea mugs were periodically brought, but there are no glasses at all - they bring disposable cups. The food is also not edible at all, I tried almost the entire menu in three days and nothing was delicious, we ate just so as not to go anywhere outside the hotel. In general, I do not recommend it and I am unlikely to ever return myself.
