I will tell you my situation: Flowers were urgently needed on the day of the order. After my application, a WhatsApp manager contacted me 3 minutes later. We have discussed all the details, including delivery.
The bouquet was pink in the original, but there were no pink flowers, so I was offered an alternative (red, yellow)
The flowers were delivered within an hour, the courier contacted me, delivered them under the door.
A big plus is that there is a cash payment. Because for me, as a tourist who does not have a card, it was important
