The place that I found long before the offer and imagined holding our event here! It was in this place that our incredibly atmospheric and cozy wedding took place on 09/14/2024! Having been here once, you will be impressed by people who love their business and put not only love, but also their whole soul into it! And also be surprised by the nature around you and the well-kept garden! Our Elena, who instilled confidence from one meeting that everything would be held at the highest level, and it turned out that way! Starting from the food, the organization of the comfort of the guests, the impressive nature around and ending with cozy houses for our guests! Like every bride, I paid attention to every little thing and worried about the implementation of various ideas, but with our Elena we closed most of the issues: decor, buffet, games for guests, accommodation, etc. We left with thoughts as if we were parting with our loved ones! Do we plan to return here - definitely yes! ♥

On the weekend of 07/20/2024, we had a magnificent wedding celebration here. According to the reviews of all our numerous guests, the beauty of this amazing place can only be admired. The atmosphere of family warmth, comfort, and mutual understanding was present throughout the holiday. The wedding tables were beautifully decorated. There was a large number and variety of delicious dishes on the tables, which were enjoyed by all the guests. All the dishes are cooked amazingly, at home! It was enough for two days and they took something with them, although the mothers were very worried that everyone would get drunk. The estate has very cozy houses where everything is very neat, clean and tasteful. Comfortable beds and sofas, clean fresh linen, dishes and kitchen utensils - there is everything for a comfortable stay! You can make tea, coffee, take a shower, iron clothes if necessary, put yourself in order, The owners have provided everything! On the morning of the second day, the guests tasted the most beautiful fish soup, those who wanted to steam went to the bathhouse with oak brooms, and some decided to refresh themselves in the lake. Any of the guests have found a corner in the Labodyanka! We had a great day thanks to the manor. The atmosphere of goodwill, mutual understanding and warmth has developed between us and the owners of the farmstead. These hardworking, sensitive, attentive people create with their own hands, mind and heart all the conditions for holding wonderful, unforgettable holidays and celebrations. In general, many thanks to Elena Vasilyevna and all her numerous, friendly family for their help in organizing such an important holiday for us. The beauty is extraordinary, the apartment is on the banks of the river, very clean, beautiful and pleasant. Friendly hosts. Very nice room, snow-white linen. I highly recommend it, not far from Minsk and it is much more pleasant than in the city and you can take a walk.

We celebrated our wedding on August 10, 2024. We have never regretted that we chose this particular estate. We didn't worry about anything, we knew that everything would be 200% complete in Labodyanka. Many thanks to Elena, she is really in her place, and does everything to make the holiday turn out the way it was intended. There is a lot of food and it is very tasty! Everything would be fine, but it's better not to drive your own car. The jeep is the best. The last 2km is enough of a broken-down grader primer. I was there when it was raining, if you have a car with low clearance, you have every chance to leave the bumper skirt there. In places, you can drive around the neighbors' lawns, which they are hardly happy about. P.S. If you drive a little further, you can leave the car near the cowsheds (there is normal asphalt there) and move out on foot (about 1 km).

For being in touch with us 24/7, for the incredible decor, for helping us find contractors, for the insanely delicious and rich festive table! The food was so delicious and varied that even though we tried to eat everything in one day, it was unrealistic 😁 I am very glad that we decided to spend the second day on the estate, fully relax in cozy guest houses and have a delicious meal (there was enough food for two days and even more!) Thanks to Elena, we decided to attend an exit ceremony and it was a great idea! I'll start right away with the cons: You can only hang out until 23:00, then, as the landlords say, a quiet hour begins. I can't imagine how people celebrate weddings here. We were not warned about anything at the stage of telephone conversations, and upon arrival, the owners said that it was impossible to listen to music, talk loudly, laugh after 23:00… Wasted money. The owners are always at hand and they bother you all the time with their comments. I'm not coming here anymore.

The place is terrible, the aggressive owners tried their best to kick us out. The wifi is not working. The bathroom is in very poor condition, the water in the shower does not drain. I really do not recommend this place for hanging out. The money thrown away is wasted.

A wonderful place - we were with two large families from January 2 to January 6, 2024 - and no one else! It is located 10 minutes from Minsk, 25 minutes to the center of Minsk! But we need a car! The rooms are not large, but very comfortable, there is everything you need to stay! Nearby is Fanipol with a small supermarket. I would like to tell you a little about this magical place and wonderful people! Labodyanka is love at first sight. It was the first estate we visited, and the only one. We decided on the same day. And we are very glad that our special day was held there. Our wedding was on June 25th and 26th. During these two days, we became so attached to this place that we wanted to call it home. Here, however, you want not only to relax, but also to live. The wedding was organized in the best possible way, everything was thought out to the smallest detail - it was immediately clear that people were working with knowledge of their business. Thanks to Labodyanka, we had a fabulous wedding. Elena, Vasily and Angelina are great fellows. They put a lot of love into their work. We are very grateful for the warm welcome, for the support, for the organization, for customer orientation, for professionalism, for an individual approach to each couple and guests. These three people have done a great job - it's really admirable. The decorations were even better than we imagined. Everything is so harmonious and tasteful that we couldn't take our eyes off it. The houses are equipped with absolutely everything necessary and even more. Everything is clean and tidy. The food was just insanely delicious, there was plenty of everything. The territory is perfectly maintained - you can even arrange the entire wedding photo shoot without leaving the estate. The views on Labodyanka are mind-blowing. It is impossible to get enough of this wonderful landscape. The guests said that the Champs-Elysees were not even nearby) We will come here again, for holidays, and just to relax, because this place always sinks into the soul. I really want to come back here.

Labodyanka attracts literally everyone from the first minutes! The location of the estate, a lot of greenery and flowers, a huge territory, a river nearby, and it's like you're alone here, and no one is around. A spacious hall, with interesting and entourage details, beautiful furniture, beautiful view, literally everything is beautiful! Household details and cleanliness deserve special attention. On the estate, you can feel how willingly the owners keep an eye on it and maintain order both on the territory and in all rooms. In the houses everything is perfectly clean, everything is always fresh, and bed linen and towels, clean bathrooms both in the houses and in the hall, and this is really what makes up a considerable part of a comfortable stay. It's comfortable to be everywhere here! There is also a sauna on the territory, which perfectly expels all toxins, all our friends really appreciated it on the second day, so we strongly recommend taking the second day and a bathhouse, everyone will appreciate it. If you need a beautiful decor for your holiday, then a very pleasant and attentive girl, Angelina, will help you with this. She works wonders and knows a lot about her work. Any wish for decoration will be carefully considered and fulfilled in detail. It was incredibly pleasant to work, because even if something could not be realized, she helped to find other equally amazing options to make everything beautiful. This is a very valuable quality that is typical for professionals. There are questions about the gravel, after the exit from the highway, you can get there, but the suspension will have to work. The food is delicious, the drink is sweet))!!! Have a good rest!
