So good advice to everyone, take a local with you. It will be negotiated 2 or even 3 times cheaper. I tried to find out why such a "policy" is. The answer is "well, you're rich..." The philosophy is strange. I ask: "it turns out that if I had enough money to come, then you can cheat and rob me?" They laugh in response.
