The hotel is good, the service is good too. We went outside at 21:00 and it was safe. The breakfast is from 9:00 - 11:00 and they always had 3 hot dishes and variations of cheese and ham. Also Nutella for the children is perfect.

The area of the hotel is too small - doesn’t have any area to walk around and enjoy the nature. I’m not sure what they had in the water of their pool but me and my kid got sick. We were coughing all day and our eyes were extremely red and my eyes were aching, and I couldn’t sleep at night because of that! Above all that food was terrible, we paid approximately 25% more just to include breakfast and there was literally nothing to eat. Actually if I knew that was the Furshet I wouldn’t pay any extra money for that. I will just go out to eat! Overall, I can say that the room was OK. Accommodations were OK but never going there ever again.

Not bad. The hotel is decent, though I would describe it as moderate overall and slightly overpriced for the experience offered. One notable drawback is the pool area, which is located outside the main hotel building. This setup can be highly inconvenient, especially during the winter months, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you plan to visit during colder seasons. Additionally, the buffet has a limited selection, with relatively few options available for both breakfast and dinner. That said, the hotel remains one of the more preferable options among others in the area.

Very nice hotel! It was clean, cozy, polite staff, attentive maids, and a car from the hotel always took us up and down the mountain. The table is very tasty, everything is always fresh and varied in the restaurant. There is a beautiful swimming pool with slippers and towels, as well as a sauna and hammam. My family and I had a very good rest! Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful teamwork!!! We will definitely come here next year))

Beautiful large rooms. Unfortunately, the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. The batteries are barely warm. It's cool in winter. The cottages have a great atmosphere. There are electric heaters that make a lot of noise when working. Alternatively, you can light a fireplace. Smoking is allowed in the cottages, the smell is noticeable. The restaurant is very good by Tsakhkadzor standards. The pool is small but warm. Sauna and hammam are available.

The hotel is completely unsuitable for family holidays. We booked 2 rooms: one for 2 adults, the other for 2 adults and 2 children (8 years old and 1 year old). Despite the extra charge for the child, the rooms turned out to be the same size, very small, and there was barely enough room for the children. The cot was provided very late and in poor condition (with a hole), it was replaced only after our complaint. There were also no hygiene items for an 8-year-old child (not even face towels or bath towels).

A wonderful hotel, everything is at the highest level, the staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are clean, towels are changed daily, the bed is comfortable and the linen is snow-white cotton. Linen is changed every three days. The room has everything you need: a bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle. Sauna, hammam, salt water pool, super. At the reception, there are often just polite people, but highly specialized only on a smile))) It is necessary to solve the issue or move away from the template - stupor. But these are such small things. The transfer to the mountain is clearly scheduled - every hour from 10 to 16. The fence from the mountain is also every hour, the last tranche is at 17:00. And God forbid you not to warn the reception that Yes, you will go at 10 (or 11 or 12, etc.) - they may not bring the car and scold: you need to warn, every hour goes it does not mean that it is enough to get out on time and here it is, no - you need to warn that you will get out. In short, we look above about the reception. The hotel has a decent swimming pool with a hammam and sauna - towels, slippers are given out, everything is fair. It's true in a detached building, but it's nothing: in slippers and a bathrobe there and back through the restaurant - but why not?! After visiting this place, you will understand what I mean. There is a billiard table on the second floor of the hotel. Russian. Well, it's a sooooo good table. But the cues are poop. It's understandable - it's probably expensive to change.

A lovely hotel located in a small town in a mountainous area. We lived in a triple suite. Initially, I booked a cottage (a few weeks before arrival via Booking). But the hotel had an overbooking and they offered us the best room, as well as a discount, a free transfer and a free excursion to Lake Sevan. The situation, of course, is unpleasant, but on the whole everything turned out well. The hotel has a beautiful, high-quality and modern interior. The carpet in the whole room is incomparable! Thick and soft at the same time! The kids loved lying on it. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen and towels, the bathrobes are crystal white and magically soft. Delicious and varied breakfasts, omelets were especially popular. One morning, fruit was brought directly to our room. A nice compliment from the hotel. A noisy and fast mountain stream flows right through the territory. Watching him and how the water level rises is very exciting. There is a small swimming pool, located in a separate building, beautiful and clean, there is a hammam and sauna, the staff provides towels and slippers. One of the hotel rooms was given over to a playroom for small children - very convenient. The restaurant is on the ground floor, but we only ordered room service from it once. We usually went out into the town to be not only in the room all the time. We have the most wonderful experience of staying at the hotel!

We were there twice, both times in February, skiing. The hotel is excellent, highly recommended. Once we stayed in a two-room room, the second time we took a house (friends were settled in the next one). The houses are great, if anything. Of the significant advantages: - Great breakfasts, IMHO - excellent cuisine for lunch / dinner. The restaurant is really great, aveluk is the best in Tsakhkadzor 100%. Really, you can only go to Yasaman. The staff is nice and friendly. The option from the series "let's eat now, we'll bring the money later" passes without problems. Excellent rental, skis, boots in excellent condition and at the same price as on the slope, but much better quality. Free transfer from the airport (of course you need to arrange) Great pool Of the disadvantages - on the outskirts of the village, to a store or restaurant 5 minutes by car (in rubles = 100 rubles) or 20 minutes on foot The pool does not have direct access, you need to go across the street (well, a minute at most). 3 years ago, dogs barked early in the morning, it certainly infuriated ... It's unclear what kind of dogs, by the look of the hotel, but the hotel refused. The first year I didn't like the pillows, the second year they seemed to have improved. ..... yes, that's probably it. I really recommend this hotel for winter holidays (we haven't been in the summer, I can't say anything), it will satisfy all needs.

I really liked the hotel as a whole. Transfer to the mountains. Good breakfasts. Swimming pool. The hammam. Sauna. What I didn't like: the ski room is combined with a rental car. Very small. And they didn't always turn on the shoe dryer, or they turned it on at a low temperature.
