We stayed at this hotel from 19.06 to 28.06. The hotel is very cool, the first line. There are not many sun beds, but at 9.00 it was always possible to find a place. The sea is clean and warm, the approach is smooth. There are 2 pools, but we preferred the sea. The food is very good, beef, lamb, chicken just melt in your mouth, trout steaks, pizza, delicious desserts. There has always been a watermelon. From alcohol, beer, white, pink and red wine, strong alcohol. Cocktails are made on the beach. There is animation in the evenings, performances by local artists. The hotel is very clean, cleaned all the time. The room is also good, but the minibar is paid. I will recommend the hotel, I would come back here myself

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in September. I liked the location of the hotel - two minutes to the sea and twenty minutes to the city center at a brisk pace. The room is nice, equipped with everything you need. The only thing is that it's a little dark, there's no overhead light, but it's been like this lately in all the hotels I've stayed in. The food is normal, quite varied, there was something new every day, it repeats itself a week later. There was meat, fish, fresh vegetables, salads, cheeses, fruits, desserts. Drinks in the restaurant on the self-service table. Someone may like it, but it seems to me that it is very convenient. You can pour yourself as much as you want and in the right proportions.
Cleaning is daily, but personally they always came to us closer to five o'clock in the evening, which is not very convenient.
The hotel has two swimming pools, a SPA, sauna, hammam. We went for a massage. The girls from Bali are doing very well.
In general, by and large, I liked everything.

The hotel lives up to its name. However, elegant, respectable. The staff is beyond praise. Everything is done quickly and unnoticeably. Sterile cleanliness is everywhere: in the dining room, in the lobby, near the pools. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily too. The cuisine in the restaurant is diverse, you can feed both a vegan and a small child and people with health problems, a lot of healthy dishes, vegetables, fruits, fish and poultry on the grill. The bathroom is tiny in the standard, but this is the only disadvantage that I found in the hotel.

The beach is small, but there was always enough space for everyone, I don't understand why some ran to take sun beds from 7 a.m.Beach towels are always available and can be changed all day.Our room was on the second floor, the balcony overlooked the courtyard with gazebos for relaxation, it was very quiet and peaceful. Excellent sound insulation, the neighbors were not heard at all!
Since we were picked up from the hotel to the airport at 16.00, and the room needs to be vacated at 12.00, we were extended our stay in the room without problems and surcharges!
The entire hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and does their job with pleasure! The team is strong, special thanks to the management for such a well-coordinated friendly team!
I appeal to those who are just going and choosing a hotel for a vacation! Make no mistake, the hotel is really good! It should be borne in mind that it is in the city itself on the first line, so I think that a large area is not required for a city hotel. There are places to walk and see in Marmaris!And the price is low for this hotel!

Vacation June 2024.
A very pleasant hotel, 5 stars justified themselves.
The food according to the all inclusive system is varied, so there was no need to spend money outside the hotel for food - we went out for dinner for a change of scenery (rarely).
The Internet works very well in the lobby, and a work area is provided.
Those who are used to coffee in Moscow will not like the local cappuccino or latte from the machine that pours in the coffee shop. But I really liked Turkish coffee - it has a very rich and aromatic taste.
There is a gym, a spa area, 2 swimming pools.
Swimming was preferred in the sea - a pleasant approach of sand + small pebbles, a fairly even set of depths, it was comfortable for a child of 120 cm to splash (10-15 meters) and swim with us. The swimming area is fenced, but large for comfortable swimming.
The rooms have showers for short people: with a height of probably 180, you will already have to bend down to wash your hair.
The staff is polite, friendly, caring.

We visited the hotel for the first time and the last time, it pulls in 3 stars for a maximum of 4, definitely not 5.
1.Wi-Fi constantly crashes , the speed is bad.
2.Room cleaning is to change towels and make the bed, the staff is not friendly, rarely greets.
3. There are a lot of guests, there are not enough basic things: tables and appliances in the dining room, near the bar and the sea of sun loungers, chairs, I don't understand it's so difficult to buy chairs, in the evening a fight for seats / in the morning for sun loungers, to take a place near the sea at 6 a.m. such a rest!
4. The neighbors' audibility is good, it's not very convenient in the morning.
5. Also, something unpleasant happened, new sneakers were missing from the room, the lobby said that the bag with the sneakers might have been taken out by the cleaner, considering that the garbage did not help us in any way, explaining that the cleaner was cleaning up the garbage and everyone was quarreling.
6. The safe was made for 2 days, it was broken upon check-in.
We rested in many places , it turned out to be stressful in this hotel .

We stayed at the hotel from May 3 to May 5, 2024.
In general, there were normal impressions about the hotel, a solid four plus!)
I really liked the pier where sun loungers in the form of mattresses with pillows are laid out for residents, where you can sunbathe or relax very comfortably! The pier is equipped with ladders for descending into the sea, very convenient for swimming! The only thing you will have to walk to the bar, waiters are very rare to meet there!
The food is varied, I was surprised that the bar is self-service, if the visitors coped with wine and spirits, then there were difficulties with pouring beer because of the foam!))
The rooms are in good condition, but it seemed to me very cramped from excessive furniture, which half can be taken out of the room because it is unnecessary! There is a bathtub, which is very cool! Cleaning was carried out daily.
If you are driving, then there is parking at the hotel!
It is not clear why the "five" has a paid bar in the room, located in the refrigerator! There is nothing exclusive from the assortment, except soda and mineral water, it only takes up space in the refrigerator!

It seems that the reviews are customized, we were at this hotel from 06/27 to 05.07, the hotel only pulls for 3! Mostly we used to rest at 4 and 3, so here is an ordinary, shabby 3!
Main DISADVANTAGES:
1. Internet: Wi-Fi in the room does not work well, you constantly need to enter your username and password, it is better in the lobby, but still with delays.
2. Room: Cleaned every other day, the bathroom is small (two adults will not disperse in it + the door interferes, a hair dryer - hug and cry (this is the first time I see such a hair dryer). The room itself is very dark, there is little light, only water is free in the bar, everything else is for an additional fee. There were problems with the key card (we contacted the reception several times).
3. Sound insulation of the rooms - You can hear everything (how neighbors walk in the next room, conversations, laughter, children screaming), I first encountered this in the hotel (so that everything that happens in the neighboring rooms could be heard)
4. Nutrition: Only Watermelons and Plums (green and sour) from fruits, oatmeal porridge was very surprised (it was clearly undercooked). The waiters did not have time to clean the tables, it was also very stuffy in the restaurant, the air conditioners did not work well.
5. The lights were turned off 2 times in the Hotel (03.07, about 6 p.m.).
6. The famous Pier - if you want to lie under an umbrella on the pier or on the beach, you need to take places early in the morning (06-07:30), there are a lot of sun beds, but not all are under umbrellas, there was a moment when towels ran out on the issue (it seems like a trifle, but it's strange for a five-star hotel).
7. Why are there stickers on the elevator for the New Year (kind of nonsense, but strange).
To sum up: I do not advise the hotel, it needs to be closed for reconstruction or to remove the stars up to 3. For the price that Anex offers, it is just a mockery.

I had a rest in September 2024.The hotel's service is different from hotels in Antalya. He is worse, there are no Russian speakers, everything is through translation. The sea in Marmaris is colder and not very clean because of the large number of yacht boats, the whole coast is strewn with them. The hotel is in the city limits, noisy and crowded. The first line has a pantone with comfortable mattresses on it, but you need to occupy them from 6-7 in the morning. A promenade to the very center of Marmaris. But the place is pleasant and worth a look, shopping in my opinion is better on the Antalya coast.

We also read the reviews, counted 2 negative ones, this is an exception, aah NO! Reviews for 5* are clearly from people who have never been anywhere else! And they compare it with "our" sea or their river in the village. Is everything included? Seriously? 3 cocktails made from local alcohol, wine (hardly wine) and beer (not bad). Lemonades are included. Do you want a milk cocktail? 900 rubles.Ice cream? (They are given in the dining room 1 time in 3 days), For a separate fee (and not a small one) you can buy. The kitchen is included (the kitchen is good, varied). From "all inclusive" EVERYTHING! Ironing room for an additional fee, room cleaning for an additional fee (although they should). Linen is not changed even for tips! They do not even enter the room without a tip and do not respond to a request to clean up. They left a tip, the cleaner looked, said little, turned around and LEFT! The administration does not react to this in any way. Gym, sauna, Jacuzzi until 15.00 for free, then only for a fee! The sea is COLD in JULY! Dirt, various garbage floats. There is no place on the beach at all! If you don't take a seat from 7 to 9, then you won't find it later! (Well, I wasn't going on vacation to fight for a place at 7 a.m.!) There is no territory at all! 2 pools close at 18.00!!! The sun beds from the pier and the beach are cleaned at 18.00!!! What should I do before evening? It's not clear! There are no animators. The program in the evenings has 45 minutes (the performances are not bad, but there is NO presenter!, there is NO disco). The pier is open as a restaurant from 19.00. The price tag is simply sky -high . We ordered several dishes..and they brought dishes from the dining room that were left over from dinner!!!!(How is that even possible?) Wi-Fi in the rooms is just disgusting (there is no desire to sit in the lobby-only it catches), it is not possible to make a call via Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel
!! An urban-type hotel! You will have neighbors from the next hotel in the windows! The air conditioning in the room is very weak! (It depends on the number we have 2 in one normal in the other barely blowing).
In general, there is nothing to do AT ALL! There is nowhere to go in the evening (there are sooo many bars and cafes..BUT it's the same everywhere, expensive cuisine, local alcohol and music either local or from 1999!)

I liked everything. A small hotel, good staff, but keep in mind when choosing a hotel that the staff speaks either Turkish/English (animator Okan speaks Russian well). Good food, a large selection of dishes, desserts, cheeses.

Not 5 , but 3 stars. The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear what is happening in the next room. They forgot to hang one curtain in our room. The video shows that the hotel is not tired. Absolutely not worth the money, but that's my subjective opinion. The only thing that is delicious and the sea is within walking distance, 50 meters from the hotel.

The hotel is really awesome, just a delight 👍 Provided everything is absolutely full, everything is perfect, the service is on top, a solid top five. We were settled before 14, as the room was ready (lucky), the food was delicious, the choice was huge for every taste, two swimming pools, free sun beds were always found, the sea is nearby, the first line, the bar is just around the corner, the animators are amazing👏 The staff is competent, solves any questions, in case of unforeseen situations install an interpreter on smartphone, used a couple of times.
