We took excursions to Yang Bay Eco-park and Fan-Rang. We found good guides Alexander and Maxim. They told me a lot and it was interesting. There are no complaints about them. The guided tours were a pleasure, without any problems or difficulties. The guys did a great job. The groups are small. The bus was an inadequate one, with narrow seats. Prices for excursions are no different from the prices offered by other travel agencies and tour operators (compared before purchase). One of the disadvantages is the manager who sold it all to us. Signed in vouchers (receipts) Mr. Tolgat (last numbers of bodies) ****9832 ). We purposefully went on an Eco-Voyage Tour after reviews on the Internet. We studied the tours as much as possible ourselves in advance before buying, in general, we went with the task of purchasing, but naturally we wanted to see at least some interest in this manager. But we didn't see anything like that, this manager couldn't attract us to buy these tours, he couldn't tell us anything new and interesting about these excursions, he just read what was written on the booklets (in principle, we can read ourselves). Then the joke started with filling out vouchers for tours. He wrote it himself, made mistakes himself, wrote the name of the tours incorrectly, confused the prices, corrected them at least 2 times, despite the fact that there was a cheat sheet with prices on the booklet, he was confused about the dates, and doubts were already beginning to arise about the expediency of buying excursions. But the adventure didn't end with vouchers. The vouchers showed the price in dollars, as well as in the advertisements. This character did not say any more additions. We agreed that I would deposit the agreed amount in a couple of minutes. We still had the old-style dollars, just so that we could pay without change (with change). After a couple of minutes, I brought the agreed amount. As a result, this "would-be manager" began to dislike something. Like, why are the dollars old? Yes, in Vietnam and some other countries, old dollars are treated especially (in Vietnam, when exchanging old dollars for dong, the exchange rate is different, but this is stipulated immediately). In our case, the price was indicated in dollars on the voucher, so I don't understand what problems there might be in this case. I want a piece of paper like that, don't I want one? And this character did not discuss in advance the conditions of what was in the old or new dollars (as well as the information in the advertising brochures about which dollars were used, too, was not. I wasn't going to come up with ideas and think for him, which one of us is the manager? But the adventures with this "first-class manager" did not end there either. As a result, he called some accountant from Eco Voyage, who sent him some kind of spreadsheet. The table showed old and new dollars in the column on the left, and Vietnamese dong on the right. I asked a logical question, but what does this table have to do with it, if the price is indicated in dollars in the voucher (there was no old dollar- new dollar ratio in the table), and not in dong? In general, it turns out that this "premium" manager wanted me to pay for the tours in dong, not dollars (I write dollars in paper, but I dream of dong). Well, okay, I went to the nearest exchanger, changed it into Dongas, and paid for these excursions. But the adventures with this character did not end there either. It was already late in the evening (by 23.00). This "effective" manager decided to call and said that he had forgotten to ask us for copies of our passports (to be honest, I still did not understand what they were for, perhaps I already had a Vietnamese loan somewhere). In general, this manager was as dumb as possible in everything and everything. Therefore -2 stars only because of this manager
