Unfortunately, I do not recommend travel insurance from Ephesus. The ornate phrase in the contract clause 8.4 - one of the countries of travel must be the Republic of Armenia is interpreted by the company as - departure must be from Armenia to the country of the policy. Initially, they advise as "of course you can fly from any country." This is misleading, convenient for removing responsibility in case of a problem. An insured event occurred on the territory of Georgia, the insured's documents were sent, they were checked. The consultation was politely and Promptly organized, although in the cheapest clinic in the city and the doctor was not specialized. Unfortunately, the consultation did not help, and after 11 days I applied again with a deterioration and a request to nevertheless refer to a doctor according to the profile. And suddenly they tell me that they can't help me. A correspondence began explaining that they had made a mistake the first time, then they referred to the fact that they had made an exception under the contract (they could not immediately determine why my claim was valid on 9.07. the policy was valid, but not on 21.07). As a result, we independently organized qualified assistance for ourselves, there is no point in begging. The issue price is AMD 14,500... It was even a shame to discuss these amounts. We have repeatedly used insurance companies from different countries when traveling, and always in the contract, if it is essential, indicate the obligation to depart from a particular country without vague wording, so that it can then be juggled in favor of the insurance company. And I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the husband, an Armenian citizen, previously clarified the validity of the policy in relation to the spouse of another state and departure from a third country. The policy is valid for 180 days, but it does not work.

Yes, it's not a very budget event with a large package, but the attitude, service and impression of the company are 5+. After the accident, the fault was 50-50, the casco itself did not make an assessment, based on the assessment from the bureau, it gave the same amount as the compulsory insurance (APPA), in the case that the compulsory insurance costs 45,000 drams and the casco 190,000...it's a pity to have such a hard hat, where they don't even do the assessment themselves, referring to the bureau's assessment. And in other cases, I've heard that a replacement is done if the car is new, but here they gave pennies for repairs. the employee who served us never answers the phone, only on WhatsApp or if you ask another employee to call....I do not recommend making a hard hat here.
