I wrote every day and called to clarify the situation. And so, 11 days later, they wrote some nonsense unrelated to our question. If you are thinking about whether you need to apply for a card at this bank, DEFINITELY NOT!

After 3 hours of correspondence, they said that the account and card were blocked due to large receipts, and also clarified whether I was engaged in crypto. I'm not doing anything, that day there was only a transfer to myself from another bank for 120 dollars. They say that the problem can only be solved by visiting the bank in person. How do I do this if I'm in Indonesia??? They stopped responding to requests altogether, there are $230 on the card, which cannot be withdrawn anywhere. It's terrible!!!
