The hotel is nice and clean. The playground is very convenient nearby. The location of the hotel is not bad, 10 minutes walk to the main street. Breakfast is included. Sooo delicious food. The only inconvenience is if you need toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, bathrobes - you have to go to the reception and ask, by default only soap, shower gel and shampoo with balm are poured into dispensers. There is a hair dryer, which is convenient. There is a safe for documents and a small refrigerator. Also, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar are all available in the rooms. And they put three bottles of drinking water for free. Conditioner. Very comfortable pillows, mattresses and blankets. The bar on the ground floor has a very cozy terrace, but the menu is very modest. They smoke on the terrace (which we are not used to in Russia). Extremely inconvenient parking under the hotel. It is unrealistic for not too experienced drivers to go there. A narrow race and at a very high slope. Plus a barrier right on the hill. In general, parking sucks. But I will not take off a star for this, because few people go on vacation in cars. The hotel has a SPA that is free of charge. For a fee, only massage at the SPA. Overall, the impression is good. A great new Hilton in the center of Plovdiv. It is located near the main street and the old town. The staff is friendly and well trained, so you will get exactly what you expect from DT Hilton. The hotel opened a little over a year ago, and I have stayed there more than 10 times since the opening, the service is always at a high level, the team practically does not change. Events are often held (either directly at the hotel or in Plovdiv), the participants of which live in the hotel. I stayed when the hotel had both a full load and only 8 guests and I can say that the hotel team copes perfectly in any situation. The breakfasts are at the 4-star level. There is no fresh meat, but you can order poached meat. The chef has recently changed, the layout and set of dishes have changed a little. Also, six months after the opening of the hotel itself, a spa center with a sauna and a hammam was opened, free of charge for hotel guests, as well as an additional one.massage services. A small fitness room has been open since the opening of the hotel. The hotel also has a lobby bar, an Italian restaurant, and underground parking.

Great hotel. In the city center, close to restaurants and shops. Clean rooms. A cool gym with modern equipment. Excellent breakfasts with a varied menu.
