It is a very atmospheric place for all vacationers nearby in Bagripsha, because you can visit the cottage on foot. To do this, you need to walk from the sea along the river of the same name to the elevator to the Solnechny railway station (which itself is a cyclopean landmark), pass by the entrance, turn left behind the building, there will be old dilapidated stairs and paths up - they cross a long road and go faster that way. Tickets must be purchased at the entrance: 300 rubles. for self-inspection, or 500 rubles with a guide (the latter is preferable because guides embellish their stories with juicy, gloomy and informative stories and tales. The cottage itself was built in 1934, it has completely authentic interior design and almost authentic furniture. There are many halls and bedrooms of comrades.Stalin (he liked to sleep there and there, such a precaution). You can also see only one bathroom (tiles on the floor - greetings from the USSR, who remembers), but there are 4 in the country, the rest are artfully hidden behind the walls. Only the ground floor is open to the public (the underground and above-ground floors are closed, they can be used for meetings and accommodation of local leaders or important guests from Moscow). The area next to the house and just below offers a fantastically beautiful view of the Black Sea. It was once covered with pine trees, but after a fire 30 years ago, it is beautiful. Therefore, by the way, the cottage is perfectly visible from the sea, which is used by the owners of small tour boats. There is a separate closed guest house on the slope below to the left (Svetlana Alliluyeva rested there), it is impossible to get inside, but the views are also excellent. In the surrounding forest, you can see that further down there is a path (or rather its remains), which gradually gets lost in the forest. In Stalin's time, it was possible to use it to go down to the coast and exit under the highway to the seashore (they say it went out at the place where the Sunny Summer boarding house is now located) There is no such track now...

We visited Stalin's dacha yesterday, and there were a lot of impressions. Firstly, the location itself cannot be described in words, the sea view is extremely beautiful!). Olesya led the tour, she has been working there for 8 years, a true professional in her field! Everyone listened to her as if spellbound. And anyway, the place is very colorful, it feels like it got into the last century, because everything has been preserved, even though almost 100 years have passed!!! The animal world is represented by felines, also colorful))).

Good evening everyone, we went to the Sunny boarding house in Abkhazia for the May holidays. And next to it, 200 meters above, is Stalin's dacha, the Cold River. The place is special, Stalin himself suggested it. Everything there is so saturated with the spirit of that time and its owner. The location itself, the nature around, the atmosphere, the interior, and some kind of reliability. I recommend it to everyone, and preferably with a guide.
