For a weak three. There is no stop for taxis and cars at the entrance. Things have to be dragged across the block from the entrance. The rooms are tired. There was no refrigerator in our deluxe room. The TV showed only the First Georgian Channel. Nothing else, not even cartoons are included in the list of available programs. There are no cosmetic kits or toothbrushes. Water and tea, coffee are additionally provided in the room for money. The bathroom faucet is not working. The air conditioner works instead of the heater, but it rattles like a steam train. It's not easy to fall asleep under such noise. Plus a bright light bulb (or such a powerful LED) above your head in the fire alarm sensor. A flash every ten seconds, like in a torture chamber or a photo studio. Seeing from the window into the courtyard to the windows of the tenants opposite is very rallying, there are almost kindred feelings with the residents of the neighboring house, but it is still recommended to change clothes with the windows curtained. In the corridor of the 5th floor, someone once took the dirty dishes out of the room, so it has not been cleaned for a week. However, there are no cockroaches, and thank God for that. Perhaps the dishes are still there. Look. The staff barely speaks Russian. This is despite the fact that the majority of Russian-speaking tourists. The breakfasts are poor, not Georgian. There are not enough tables for everyone, only one serviceable coffee machine. The overall price-quality ratio, in my opinion, is not in favor of quality.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms. Incredibly friendly staff. The rooms have a soft and clean carpet on the floor. You can let a small child crawl. They gave me a birthday discount and a cheesecake. Very pleasant.

We checked out of the hotel yesterday.. We stayed two nights. Cozy and comfortable! Cleanliness in the room- we lived in 513 rooms. The view from the window to the courtyard, but that's what we wanted... Because the silence is only in this direction. Breakfast is repetitive, but satisfying. But the main thing is the attitude of the staff! Everyone treated us very carefully. I would like to express my special gratitude to VASILY at the reception. Very attentive, helpful and courteous staff! Thank you Vasily.

We came for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, all amenities are available. The room had a great view of the amusement park with a Ferris wheel and the city. The room was cleaned on the second day. It was quiet at night. Perhaps the audibility inside the hotel is so-so, but it did not spoil the general mood. There is a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. The staff is friendly

This is the rare moment when expectations were lower and reality was better. Lovely hotel, stylish lobby. But most importantly, the staff is very responsive. It was our third hotel in Georgia, and it wasn't the most expensive, but it was the best in human terms. Excellent attitude towards Russians. Yes, not all the staff speaks Russian, but basic everyday English - you will be understood. On demand, they brought everything they needed.(in another more expensive hotel, they couldn't even bring soap). There were little things in the form of a non-working refrigerator, which were fixed immediately within half an hour. Excellent location - you can walk to the main street of Rustaveli. I recommend taking breakfast, a wonderful girl makes a delicious omelet, everything is available so as not to stay hungry. Grand recomendation!

A meager breakfast. The staff talks more than they are busy with the kitchen. Some kind of children. The room is not bad, but not without a strange thing: there is no door or wall in the shower, there is no shoe spoon. Towels were bought a long time ago.... But clean, warm, well maintained. As they say: OK, but I wouldn't come back
