Murat taskan ve emir yerlikaya are really pleasant and friendly - during the dinner Murat did everything to make a great impression and he succeed in it. The hotel and staff in general are very cute and attentive, so if I have a possibility to return to this hotel once, I'll do it. Thank you Club Sera. From Russia with love 💕

Очень необычный отель. За шиком вам сюда. Отель как дворец. Но красный цвет, который здесь везде- напрягает. Мы жили 2 дня в этом отеле и в целом было нормально. Неделю я бы не выдержала. Номера большие, на полу ковродин. С балкона красивый вид на город и море. Кровати удобные, в душе плохо работал слив в ванной. Есть минибар и чайник. Территория отеля огромная. Есть три бассейна. Линия песочного пляжа не очень большая. Но лежаков много и всем их хватает. Есть пирс. На нем мало лежаков. Мороженное с 14 до 16. Кофейня работает так же. С 16 часов открывается кондитерская где жарят вафли. Завтрак и обед проходят в главном ресторане. Выбор еды не очень большой. Но голодным не останетесь. Ужин под открытым небом. Выбор еды здесь огромный. В баре нет перечня коктейлей. Наливают местный алкоголь если не попросишь импортный. Персонал доброжелательный. Практически все говорят на русском языке. Второй раз сюда не поеду точно

Outdated garbage! Horrible customer service, dusty furniture, entertainment is awful. I guess this was the spot 100 years ago. Not it's just an overpriced corpse. If they don't like you, they call security. Drinks are decent. Not much to do but drink. But kids are running around everywhere- no entertainment for children . Very annoying. The front desk doesn't know how to manage people. Yelling and rude. I started recording and they stopped. I checked out with my family, rented an apartment hotel and lived by the water. We purchased our bottle at the liquor store, ate at restaurants and entertained ourselves by meeting real people. Sera doesn't allow guest to the lobby so it's frustrating and confined. - like in a prison
